Switching suppliers- what is the process like?

I am considering switching suppliers as mine is quite expensive- have done two pens with them so far. If I switch suppliers, will I have to go through the whole assessment process again, or will they take evidence of being accepted by my current supplier as proof that I'm eligible? Thanks.

Easy to switch, do a consultation (quick questionnaire and photos) and provide proof of previous prescription.

Most places now do questionnaire type consultations with new customers and also on a regular basis (monthly, or 3 monthly) with existing ones to ensure your safety.

I've switched once, it was easy. I had to do photos again for the new company, but would have had to do that for my previous supplier as I'd been with them for 6 months. You have to fill out the consultation for the new company as they would need to do their own due diligence to check your eligibility.

It's easy I'm on to my 4th supplier now from 5 pens. Switching to one with maintenance, the first ones were for a good price. Some want photos of body, some weight. A 5 min questionnaire if that is worth it for me to save £20-30

Very easy to swap, but you do need to fill in the questionnaire again. Doesn’t take long at all. I started with Superdrug didn’t, then MedExpress then IQ doc.
