MedExpress and not accepting my photo

I’m nearly 17 stone - it’s not like I’m skinny, why do they keep rejecting my photo!! Anyone else?

I got rejected, didn't bother trying again just asked for a refund. Will try one of the many others as soon as my refund arrives. I'm 20stone, I am very clearly fat enough for mounjaro no matter the camera angle or clothes colour.
I was all psyched up to start so the delay is frustrating.

Do any other suppliers do similar referral credits?

Stupid really. Anyone can get a Google image of an overweight person and just upload that. How do they know its actually them? But I guess they think they are doing their due diligence. 🙄

You have to submit photo ID as well.

You have to show them a passport or driving license too 🤣

@PoisonIvy89 no, THANK GOD! I know it is the only way some people can manage to afford the monthly cost but this is a prescription med and it is unethical, let alone illegal, to advertise it and sell it via the mlm style that medexpress use. Combined with the fact they are always having delays, regularly reject people for arbitrary reasons, make up their own rules, have different rules depending on the day of the week/which ‘customer service’ person you speak to to etc I am continually amazed people ever use them! My understanding is that the GOhC and ASA are applying pressure to stop them using their code system so it may (hopefully!) not be around for too much longer.

Pick a pharmacy that actually offer a decent service and deliver what they promise and has a consistently low price or one that price matches!

@IReallyNeedThisToWork I agree with you, and initially was put off using medexpress because of it, but when you see other people bragging about getting their pens for nearly free because of the codes it's hard to resist trying it too when it's a struggle to afford it. I ended up using WePrescribe and have been impressed with their service.

Yeah I definitely recommend, they answered questions very quickly and dispatched it very quickly once it had been checked and approved. 9.99 for next day delivery was the only bit I didn't like but that was just because we are so used to free delivery these days.

I was browsing instagram and saw people complaining that they have thousands of pounds built up in credit that they are going to lose. That's insane! I didn't realise it was that bad, I thought it was just a discount on your next pen if you referred someone.

Same here I'm 88kg 5ft6 small waist as I gym a lot on my core. But I'm 55 so weight not shifting. I wear a size 14 and do suffer with high BP . Photo rejected about 3x. I'd ask for refund.

Does anyone know the cheapest site to get the starter dose of Mounjaro?
Me and my partner are wanting to both start on it and try and get a bit off in time for summer. x
