Help please! Started MJ today & still not hungry

I finally made the decision to start MJ, and had my first injection (0.25mg) last night at 11:30pm.
I haven't been hungry at all today, and have only had lots of cups of herbal tea.
I am taking MJ to lose 30kgs and use the time to re-educate myself as to when I am hungry and thirsty and with my portion sizes, but if I'm not hungry at all, how am I supposed to re-educate my brain?
Has anyone else had the same thing? Does it pass, or am I going to have to force myself to eat and then stay on the injections for the rest of my life??

You have to force yourself to eat, try little and often. Some sliced apple and cheese for example.

It will start to wear off towards the end of the week and that's where you learn how to moderate when the slight sense of hunger returns

You have to eat, I have never had to force it but neither have I felt hungry. I'm just aware I need to eat breakfast/lunch/tea.

Thank you. I have tried Ozempic before and it wasn't anything like this. I thought I would just go with it, but I figured that isn't massively healthy and I want to get to the point that I can maintain my weight without needing to use MJ or anything else.

The first couple or so weeks I needed to eat calorie dense food as after a few days I felt really weak. Mixed nuts are good to get some calories in and not too filling - I liked the Graze Chilli and Lime ones.

Minimise carbs as they make you feel full very quickly, meat for protein (fish is lighter) and veg.

Track your calories to make sure you are getting enough over the full week. When you can eat towards the end of the week get those calories in while you can.

It does get less brutal as the weeks go on (unless you increase dose).

Remember you do not need to increase dose until you are ready, some subscription companies will send you out the next dose up automatically and you will need to manage what you want with them if you use that type of supplier.

The lack of hunger wears off over the week, usually. I find it's ok to have a couple of days where I don't eat much and then it picks up for the rest of the week. Try and eat something, even if small quantities, at each meal time.

Once you have done 4 weeks at the 2.5mg dose level, the expectation is to move up to the next dose level of 5mg. That's the dosing schedule that is standard. But, you don't have to move up if you are still finding that the appetite suppression is strong and you are losing weight. You can request another 2.5mg pen and stick with that for another month if you prefer.

Eat high protein to avoid muscle loss and keep you feeling strong. Lots of water for hydration and eat little and often to stabilise blood sugar.

I’m not particularly hungry but I eat 3 meals a day. You need to keep glucose levels up.
