Q: if you are on Ozempic how many calories are you typically consuming?

I’m trying to lose some weight. And have chosen to do a short term, very low calorie diet. I feel absolutely fine on it as apart from a dog walk I lead a very sedentary lifestyle (wfh). I have a green juice for breakfast, a gorgeous salad for lunch and have discovered Quorn’s ready made lasagna which is only 360 calories - a lot of people think it’s gross but drowned in chilli sauce it is filling and does the trick.

Technically I can afford Ozempic but there are just so many other things I’d rather spend the money on. I’m in the zone (for now) and the weight is falling off. Just wondering if I could getter better results.

I do plan to incorporate exercise in the new year.

I'm on Mounjaro and the weight is falling off, but what you're doing is already working so no point wasting your money.

Agree with @Halliieee. It doesn't look as if you have any problem with an uncontrolled appetite, so basically the drug would do nothing for you!

You certainly can't eat any less than you are doing - this is a very restricted diet, although you're doing it well. How long are you planning to keep it going? I'd worry about your protein and carb intake if you keep this up long term.

(Edamame beans could help with that, btw. 300 grams provide 46g protein and 27g carbs, at only 360 kcals. But that's two generous servings.)
