Has this happened to anyone else? It's a bit scary. I'm worried it could be an allergic reaction but then I also hadn't eaten or drunk anything beforehand so could have been low blood sugar/pressure.
Feeling better now although a bit of stomach cramping.

I will call the pharmacy of course but just wondering if anyone had the same thing happen?

Stress and anxiety can trigger vasovagal but it can also be due to a heart rhythm problem on its own.

But she had her heart checked, and it’s fine,

Oh yes I know. I didn't mean OP. I was responding to the causes in general, which is what I thought both of you were talking about. In OP's case, yes it could be other things like stress or anxiety as you said.

No I was talking about the op, hence why it’s on this thread.

Does this tell you anything about the largely untested product you are putting into your body?

vasovagal is absolutely due to stress and anxiety.

Ok smartmouth. That sentence didn't seem like you meant the OP if I'm to be honest. Perhaps write what you mean next time since I can't read your mind.

No. Nothing at all. And it is tested, and approved in the UK for weight loss, so it's odd that you think it's "untested".

😂😂😂😂😂 that's a new lie one!

An update, I had my second dose last night and have felt completely fine with no dizziness or fainting 👍

It’s a vasovagal response to seeing a needle/ doing an injection, just like when you had blood taken.
Drink a pint of water next week before the injection to raise your BP and make sure you are sitting down
