Gastric sleeve and weight loss shots

I had a gastric sleeve 6 years ago, lost over 5 stone, but put 2 back on during lockdown from 2020 to now.
I feel such a failure, the sleeve is a fabulous tool BUT unfortunately I rewarded myself with slider food after wfh all through lockdown. This was mainly chocolate.
Today I ordered Mounjaro for the first time. I’m excited and KNOW I have to sort out my mindset again.
Has anyone else had a gastric sleeve then ended up on weight loss injections?
I need to lose 3 stone

Can I ask which supplier those that have a sleeve are using? Bonus points if also had gallbladder out, thank you

Still have my gallbladder (for now) I’ve used ZAVA, curate and esurgery. Only one to decline me due to sleeve was MedExpress!
