Anyone used IQ Doctor?

They seem to be the cheapest for dose 2 but I haven’t read anyone that’s used them yet?

Has anyone ordered from them yet? How did it go?

I ordered from them on Saturday,
Filled in questionnaire and uploaded photos. I’ll let you know how long it takes to approve and dispatch.

I've recently used them for the first time, ordered 8am on Monday last week and it was approved really quickly and delivered the following day well packaged and with ice pack still frozen so no issues at all. Royal mail and no signature required so could request it was left in a safe space. It came with 6mm long needles and swabs, slightly longer needles than some providers give but for me that's a positive.

I went with them as the current code makes them the cheapest for 5mg but they have codes for repeat customers and apparently price match as well so I am likely to use them again.

I placed an order with them, for a 10mg pen, on Saturday evening too.
Uploaded the required photos yesterday and am now waiting for it to be approved.
I'll let you know how it goes and what delivery is like.
It's a great price with the discount code.

i came on to say the same thing 😃

I've now had an email from Royal Mail to say they have my parcel which they will deliver tomorrow.
Very impressed so far.

Me, last week. I ordered on Thursday night, approved Friday lunch time and despatched same day, arrived nicely chilled lunchtime on Saturday.

Mine has just arrived. Arrived in a bag with wool insulation and a fully frozen ice pack.
For some reason the inside of all the packaging was dripping wet through even though the ice pack is not damaged 🤷‍♀️ Doesn’t affect anything just strange. The pen is cold and has a date of 11/2025. Would definitely order from them again and recommend them to anyone 😁

Mine has just arrived too.
All good here, ice pack still partially frozen and pen cold.
Came with 4 wipes and 5 needles and also got expiry date of Nov 2025.

So a very positive experience, ordering with them.
I do wonder if they'll keep this up though if their prices stay so good, as I'm sure their order numbers will increase.

I hope so, makes a really nice change for it to be processed and delivered so quickly but I’m sure they will get a lot of new customers with their new customer and ongoing codes 🤞🏻 they can cope

Can anyone tell me if the pen looks like this ? Pic from their website or is it like all the ones we already have.

@Flowersjimmy the image on their website is, I think, of the US version of the pen. The pen you have got is the correct UK version of the Kwikpen. If you look at IQ Doctor's website they say under the picture "Images Are For Illustration Purposes Only"

Look at any other provider's website and you'll see the UK version of the pen is the same as the one you've got.

No my pen is exactly as I have had previously.
I think that's just a stock image they have used.

Yes I ordered with them on Friday night and my pen arrived yesterday (Order processed on Monday). Very well packaged with a sharps box too.

I actually spoke to them on Monday because I had a panic that I should have gone with a provider who does maintenance but they were pretty reassuring that they could also do this too.

So far I would recommend them

I swapped over from medexpress. I ordered at the weekend, approved Monday and arrived Tuesday still cold.

I was put off by the screening questions about mental health on their questionnaire. Seemed to rule out the meds for depression? Which is a shame as their prices seem good atm.

Just an update. Found a generic code and just used it for my second pen (23% off) it worked so it’s not just for first orders which is great!
Will point out IT IS NOT A REFERRAL CODE so it shouldn’t get deleted.

@Time4changeagainno need to post codes on threads. Simply direct people to monj and they can get any codes they need for themselves.

Does it actually matter though if they post it on the thread? They are being helpful and they don’t get anything out of it
