I have just ordered my first pen. Please can you recommend any anti sickness and reflux remedies (or anything else if you thought it was helpful for you) to have in just in case I am hit with side effects?

Thank you - I’m worried about being out of action with two kids to take care of by myself so plan to stock up.

Take 1 - 2 dimenhydrinate as soon as you feel sick.
They're great for travel sickness too.

Or 1 x Cyclizine, three times a day as needed.

You can get them from pharmacies, but they're much cheaper on Ebay.

Also electrolytes! Lots on the market, Phizz are generally good for everyday, Liquid IV more expensive but (for me) invaluable for the days I feel v rough.

Making sure you have a small breakfast lunch and dinner - each time good quality fat/protein and fibre. Keep busy, exercise or be active, avoid too fatty or sweet foods and you’ll be fine. As MJ slows digestion don’t eat after dinner because it’ll make you feel rubbish. I suggest you read the threads because asking this suggests you haven’t. You’ll see a lot of useful information. Have a read of ‘Continuing Mounjaro’.

And don’t medicate unless you really need to. If you eat fibre each meal you will be fine. If you get out and about or distract yourself the nausea passes.
