They have changed their referral system and now instead of getting three referrals and a free pen I will have to pay £91, which I know is cheap but was banking money wise on a free pen this month, it due to be shipped today or tomorrow so must have just missed out.

It might be worth re-joining through their site, they had friends discount waiting for me when I did that. If you want to that is.

I cancelled my subscription as they wanted £229. Given I'm sticking at the 2.5 dose, £229 seems way more expensive than most. Anyhow, I have yet to be offered for a lower price. Has anyone else had to wait a while to be offered a reduction?

If you click on cancel plan, they see to offer £50 off the next one. I have seen 2.5 for £109 a month on subscription at Right angled pharmacy, I too am thinking of staying on that so might change to there for the future, or Oushk.

Yes, that didn't happen this time (I did do that once before). There was no £50.00 off, just a rather unfriendly message saying that I could renew within 2 weeks, after that I'd have to re-apply as a new customer.

Strange, isn't it. It all seems a bit random, they seem quite helpful if you message them might be worth a try I suppose.

Now bloody Voy have sent me a pen 12.5 that expires 11/24, I won't even get to start it before I have to chuck it away.
And I had to pay for it because of the change in the rules.
Not a happy bunny.

I’d call them and say you do not intend to use it straight away and it will be out of date etc.
They should have advised it was a short expiration date when ordering

they are offering me 30% off a new pen and to send it earlier. its really not good enough, I will have to throw the whole pen out, I won't use any of it.

They always do that, offer a discount instead of dealing with it properly. It would mean best before the end of Nov so you have nearly 5 weeks left to use it though?

@gettingtobeslim How is that even considered a reasonable solution? I’d tell them as you will not get the correct amount of doses before it is out of date it is not fit for purpose and offer to return it at their cost

Well beacuse I utilise the fifth dose I am ahead in my pen collection and have only just started the last pen so I would need to throw one away.

Anyway they have now come good and have given me a returns label so as long I return it I will get a refund. It pays to be persistent.

When I've got that and/or my next pen as I said I don't mind a full credit then I will leave them.
The pen will be in the post tomorrow!

That’s great news… A return will cost them more in the long run because they can’t resell medication.
I check on here now monthly to get the best prices.
I ordered with IQ doctor last week and it was a great price and the ordering and delivery process was very quick too.

They don't seem to be much up on safety as they previously clearly told me I could use a pen for six weeks after the cold chain was broken, instead of the 30 days most other suppliers advise

Sending out pens this close to expiry really means they are only chasing profit and not too concerned about safety

I noticed on the www.monj.co.uk that Voy have an offer code for 44% atm which makes the higher doses quite cheap. Unsure if thus can be used on new orders or?

Worth a try @Orangesandlemons77 !! They've sent me a code but it says very clearly that all 're-orders' will go back to starting dose for patient safety! Not the best way to entice previous customers back or bring in new ones already buying elsewhere!! 🤦‍♀️😂

Oh Ok! Maybe that is how they make their money if those low dose pens are cheaper...
