Anyone coming towards the end of treatment after over a year on medication?

Was hoping for a bit of a support thread as I'm nearing the end of treatment. I still have a few months to go, but I'm getting a little anxious about "life after".
I'm on Saxenda, since May 23. Lost 5st 11lb so far. I've got 1st 1st 6lb to target which is BMI 25.
I've made big lifestyle changes including walking far more, joined the gym and go religiously 3x a week doing cardio and weights. I calorie count rather than following particular diets as I've found this is far better for me.
Is anyone else in the same boat? 1yr plus on medication with a large weight loss, coming to the end of treatment or just finished? Want to share tips and stories? I'd honestly stay on this medication for life if I could. It's been so freeing for me with no side effects at all! I really don't want to stop and I reckon I'd easily maintain on it!

Almost - still have a stone to go - have lost 5st too - and hoping to titrate down slowely. I’d love to remain on it, been if just at a lower dose, permanently just as people take diabetic medication, satins or levothyroxine for life I think that it should be available (once they know it is safe for long term use) to those of us on it successfully managing their weight.

I agree. A low dose would be great.
I'm already on a very low dose, at 1.2. I can drop to 0.6 when I reach the end. I did get up to full dose but found that decreasing it made zero difference to me so I have stayed on a lower dose with room to go lower once I reach my goal (I'm going to try and keep a few pens back for at least 2 months of maintenance whilst I get to grips with it).
