How do you do yours?

I am considering using medication to lose weight. I am trying to find a supported system as I have ADHD and motivation is really high in my mind but I just can’t get organised in order to do it. In an ideal world I would have a personal chef etc to make all the arrangements for me.

So I am wondering how you have gone about using medication. Have you joined an online service, filled in a questionnaire and then you buy what you need or have you gone to a clinic where you have 1 2 1 sessions including fitness and meal planning etc?

Why have you chosen that route and what do you find good and bad about it?

Online pharmacy then gone it alone. I didn't need support, I know what to do and just needed something to take the constant hunger away.

Lloyds Pharmacy, as I've used them before and know how responsive they are. Not the cheapest but middle of the road.

They were thorough in their initial evaluation, I sent them videos including my ID, my body, my weight on scales - not pre-recorded but through their consultation system.

They offer a nutritional assessment which frankly I found a little patronising. "You said you eat 2-4 fruit or vegetables per day. Well done! But guidance is that you should eat 5 or more. You're doing great! Keep it up!"

Medexpress. Follow threads on here for advice/reassurance. Inject in my stomach and try to eat fibre &protein. Drink lots of water.

I am with Voy. They are expensive but there are codes for discounts. It is a subscription and they provide a coaching service too. I prefer the anonymity of an online pharmacy and have always hated slimming clubs!

I use Zava. They send through the odd supportive email, and have a bit of info on their website and there is a service to message a GP if you want, but honestly this medicine is so amazing, I don't need any support.

It stops me hearing the siren call of the crisps / sweets / cake / chocolate etc in the cupboards and I feel full all the time so I don't binge on crap.

I have a 15% discount code if you want one?

I also use Voy. They had a very easy process, just send it some details and a full length (clothed) photo and the medication arrived a few days later. So easy.

I already have a really good gym routine and I know what foods are good and what are not so I haven't accessed any of the Voy coaching services apart from reading some of the emails and they are very very good.
