Seems we are the only ones getting the thunderstorms. It is wild out there.

It's calm here where I am in the south now that the squall has gone through.

Oh I thought I saw lightning - North London.

Managed school run with just a bit of rain. Going out to club tonight, took DD in drizzle/ light rain, fetched her in light rain, somewhere between, 6 and seven we had a very blustery spell and heavy rain. W. Miss.

Train home cancelled due to trees on line, lots of homes without power and my bird table smashed!! NI btw!

Escaped trampoline on motorway and another on the railway line!!

Dreading it. We only had a few gusts back on the 10th December and got three power cuts. #ukpowernetworks

Wind’s picking up here and is starting to rattle down the chimney.

I hope my bin is still there in the morning. Should have taken the rubbish down to weigh it down a bit. It rolls off across the garages hardstanding/ access.

North East coast ... It's been windy with some rain today, due to be very windy tomorrow with a yellow weather warning for wind.

That roof in slough looked bad, hope nobody was hurt
