I'll open up soon @BlitheringBlathers usual etiquette is not to shake trees or pick up things without asking first but obviously I'm giving permission to shake all the trees you want so you can get the fruit. Sometimes people have an area where they put down spare DIYs and furniture items for visitors to pick up, I have that space on the beach to left of airport.
And no need to bring anything for me but often visitors will water flowers for their hosts as that improves the chances of hybrids. I've given up on flowers now though so no need to water anything.
