I couldn't find a shiny either.
There were more Horsea for me but not as many as a Community Day

Horsea hour was rubbish, 1 3 star and no shiny's.

I had no luck with a shiny horses either. Also starting to realise that spending money on incubators is useless - very very rarely hatching anything that isn’t available to catch. Will not buy anymore for sure, and will rather spend on raid passes.

I got a shiny dratini but no horsea lol

Well i got plenty of candy to evolve 2 horseas up to kingdra and I now have 2 dragonite! No shinies but never mind...
Tomorrow is shopping day and a chance to put some pokemon in gyms and hopefully earn some coins for raid passes for next week!!!
Now to see if I can open discord on upstairs computer where I have hidden myself away to review my pokemons!!! Have done a bit of powering up and now low on stardust!!!

@Katastrofe - I have come to the same conclusion about incubators. I treated myself to an adventure box just for the incubators really and I'm wondering why I bothered really. I may change my tune if I manage to hatch a shiny dratini / deino / gible before Friday night...

I have 2 eggs at the moment so can do TumpyMummy and EeveeEver tomorrow... Shall we say 6pm put eggs on and I usually give it 5 mins before opening gifts?
