I'm tempted to use rare candy to evolve my Feebas too. I only need 12 more candies but really want to complete the research on Community Day.

@Bittercup have you found any Feebas this week? I didn't find any for ages, but this may week I came across a few Feebas and grimers.

It may have helped that we had rain, I found the Feebas on the days Pogo thinks there was rain.

@HypatiaCade yes I randomly found one in the wild yesterday but that's been it so far. It wasn't raining and I wasn't near water so was really pleased.

Bansriish is good to level up Sunday.

I fell off the thread about a week ago but am still playing.
Am trying to send gifts as frequently as I can but am struggling to get many as there are no pokestops near my work.
Am about 20 candies away from evolving my Feebas (did catch one in the wild yesterday) and still trying to catch a ditto. I caught about 50 sentret last week looking for one then discovered it’s no longer a ditto disguise!
The only regional I’ve hatched so far is Tauros.

I mistakenly took my flower crown Eevee off duty as my buddy before evolving into an Espeon for the task - and it turned into an arsing Vaporeon. Woe.

I’m assuming the research task will still work if I use another flower Eevee, i.e. not the exact one given to me at the moment that task was briefed. So I’m now walking the other one I had in storage. Hope I don’t arse it up again...

Clamperls keep appearing outside my house. Is there some kind of event on that includes them?

@64sNewName you can walk and evolve as many eevees as you like. As long as you walk 20 km and evolve them in the daytime whilst they're still your buddy, you'll get an espeon. Do it 6 times, give them Confusion and Future Sight and you'll have a crack psychic team to take down machamps in raids.

@BaronessBomburst thanks, I pretty much get it in principle; I just wasn’t sure about the specific research task one! As in, whether it was meant to be that particular Eevee I evolved in order to get that specific task ticked off - iyswim.

But it seems unlikely. Hopefully it’ll be fine 🤞

Naah. It'll be fine. I've often evolved a different Pokémon to the research task one. I usually have one with better stats.

I haven't had an EX Raid pass for ages. I wonder if you get blacklisted if you don't go to the ones you're invited to?!

There's two ex-raids today and my group can't give the passes away. Usually Saturdays are the most popular. Who the hell wants another Deoxys Speed? You can pick them up anywhere at the moment.
On a more exciting note, I finally got enough coins to buy the ultra box! I've got incubators, hatched a farfetch'd (the only one I was missing!) but more importantly - all those raids passes for Mewtwo!

If the raid pass is for a Deoxys speed, then I feel better about not being able to make it this afternoon.

@Peppinana - my last 2 dittos (in the last week) were hoothoots. They were near isolated pokestops. So maybe keep an eye out for them?

I didn’t get any unowns in the recent event, but am pleased with this just hatched from an egg from Newport.
