I just got my 7 day streak and didn't get an evolution item similarly to a PP, perhaps they've stopped it.

I had my 6 day streak today and can't go back far enough to check my last seven day streak, but I'll keep an eye out tomorrow to see what I get.

The website doesn't say anything about a 7 day evolution item and I think it used to so perhaps it is a change

I checked mine from yesterday. No evolution item.

No special item here either but I've got heaps and have been chucking them out. Apart from sunstones which I think are needed later on.

KadabrasSpoon Sunstones are needed to evolve Gloom into Bellossom or Vileplume, and Sunkern into Sunflora.

Yes I have all the evolutions. I thought they were needed in later generations but if I'm wrong will chuck out some more.

Just googled and it's generation 5 and 6. Doubt I've got the willpower to stockpile for that long!

KadabrasSpoon Based on the main Pokemon games, we can predict that Sunstone and possibly Upgrade will be the only ones required for future generations.

So, Sunstone will probably be used in the future for Cottonee, Petilil and Helioptile.

While the Upgrade could be used to turn Porygon2 into Porygon-Z.

Oooh nice one wartortle I've never seen a wild Mareep or any of the evolutions.

Just hatched an Onix, only my second one ever. And 93% IV (first is only 73 and now a Steelix). Very happy with that!

Just read back, I'm another with a 7 day streak and no special item. Thought it was just my bad luck.

My journal doesn't stretch back that far, however I'm pretty sure I got a metal coat on my 7th day streak!

My highlight of the day was going to a NT property and stumbling onto a bulbasaur nest. 6 caught, some with a pineap berry.

I'm fairly well stocked on evolution items and have 2, 3 or 4 of each as well as having an evolution of each pokemon requiring one.

Good news - they haven't stopped the 7th day evolution item!

It just doesn't appear in your journal.

I had my 7th day streak today and watched all the items appear and took screenshots, and I got an Upgrade.

So you're still getting them, they're just easy to miss as you're getting about 18 items at a time, plus they're not appearing in your journal.

I've just completed the 7 day streak and got a Dragon Scale. Yesterday I hatched Chinchou and Misdreavous and caught a 'Wonder' Rhyhorn. I'm hoping for a double XP event so I can do a Lucky Egg mass evolve. The new ones will be Pupitar, Tyranitar, Typhlosion, Flaafy, Blissey, Jumpluff, Houndoom and Bellossom. That will take me up to 228 on the 'Dex.

Is there a double xp event any time soon? I am hoarding pidgeys.

I'm guessing that the next event will be Halloween, although who knows whether there will be double xp. I shovelled out my pidgeys last week as I had 1500 candy and no spare Pokemon storage. They are building up again already.

I caught a wild Flaafy and I was well pleased with that, a wild Ampharos is amazing.

I won't be due to get an amphorous until I've slogged my flaffy out to 95 candies... currently on 63... 164k walked so far... this may be contributing to my rut feeling. I want to do another 10 mile run this week ready for next month's half marathon. It is helping with the milage...

I'm assuming Halloween will be the next event too. It was the first of the events last year.

Wonder is the best description on the Mystic team in game appraisal, followed by Caught Attention, Above Average then Not Much Headway. I now put the intitals of the description in the name e.g. Rhyhorn W so I know the better pokemon to evolve or power up.

It seems like the pika hat problem is resolved in this update!
