That's worth knowing because you can then choose to pass on the evolution and save the candy for a specimen that will evolve into something other than a Hitmonlee. I'll have a look at mine later on, my guess is that it will be an attacking wonder because that's usually how it goes for me.

Surprised myself by getting up to Level 28, largely due to the 7th day Pokestop streak bonus (no special item though) a 10k egg hatching (Dratini with 39 candy!) and a 5k egg (Natu with 14 candy). What also helped was a vast majority of catches were 'first throw'.

We've never caught a chansey - seen 1 in a gym. That's it. Did see a Tauros in s gym yesterday though! Anyone else drowning in Murkrows?

I have a 2.7k Blissey as I've had four Chanseys. I would walk it for candy but there are more exciting things to be walking at the moment.

I went to M&S this afternoon and had a quick look at my phone before I went in which resulted in me walking straight through the store and out of the other door to catch a Girafarig in the car park.

I like Murkrows, they are working hard for the badge for catching dark type. I just wish they came a bit smaller.

What are Murkrows good for? They don't seem to be terribly strong and yet are all over the place. Swinubs and Sentrets here are all over the place.

Anyone else fancy sharing their Pokedex for gen 2? I am curious what you all have :)

We have tons of swineubs too, and hoothoots, natus, spinaraks, ledybas, sentrets and murkrows. And sudowoodos pop up quite a lot.

I guess they are gen 2's weedles, pidgeys, rattatas, spearows, slowpokes and caterpies.

As far asI can tell, Murkrows are mostly for getting a hold badge in dark Pokémon so you can catch something better a bit easier at a later date.

Murkrows are bloody annoying!

Hatched it last week from a 10km egg so they are still around.

The chinchou seems to be rareish too. The blue one with the tentacles waving in front

Chinchou's are the bane of our lives. We have one, but they appear at a stop near us when we are in our house, but flee before we can get there. If we wait around at the stop, they don't appear.

Easy to catch they were too.

I am quite pleased with our Hound-thingy. I made dh take a detour to catch that one from the car :p

It's half term this week and dd1 and I have been walking 5-8 km every morning, Pokémon hunting. I'll be sad when she goes back to school on Monday and I have no child with me as an excuse for wandering around chasing monsters

It took us ages to get a Growlithe. We also have no Snorlax or Lapras - never even had the shadow of one. Or a Chansey! We evolved our magikarp over the weekend though, after ages of having it as our buddy.

I've never taken a screenshot with this phone, I had to look up how to do it. It's never a wasted day when you learn something new. I'm on 194 caught, 199 seen but I have several of the common ones to evolve as soon as I've finished walking this Porygon for another 6.9 km. I caught one of the starters this morning, hatched a Miltank and caught a Girafarig.

Anyone else think that blue one after number 201 looks like he's bursting for a wee?
