I got a special item too today. And it wasn't my 7 day streak

I got a metal coat and a dragon scale just now. Already have Kingdra but get to evolve Steelix now.

I have 10 pikachus and 2 raichus and every single one is male. Yesterday I could barely move for partychus and today I haven't seen a single one yet.
I added a Chikorita to the pokedex today but no special item since the day Gen2 came out.

Still no Pokemon with a party hat here. Not even a sniff of one. Did catch an Octillery this morning though.

We got our festive Pikachu today! Also picked up 3 newbies (Sneasel, Mantine and Gligar).

We got two sun stones in two days - and since then nothing. 7 day streak today and nothing. Oh well!

Is anyone else finding that 2 and 10 km eggs are dropping much more frequently since gen. 2 came out?

I get lots of 2k. No 10ks though.

I had four 2km eggs on Sunday which was unusual and I've had another two since then. I had one 10km egg drop today but a single one doesn't say much as to increased drop rate.

I have 100 revives now, they seem to be dropping like mad. I'm reluctant to trash any just in case we suddenly go back to those weeks when they were rare.

I haven't read the whole thread ( I'd be here till Christmas ) but would anyone recommend the Pokémon plus wrist thing?

I've been getting more 10k & 2k eggs as well.

So far only one special item and I hit dozens of pokestops per day. Didn't get my sunstone on a 7-day streak, either. Frustrating to have all these things to evolve and no special items to evolve them with!

Currently walking a pineco since the only ones I have were hatched from 10k eggs and there are two evolution levels. I'll have to walk to California and back to get enough distance, blergh.

I did catch a few partychus though! Hooray!

I think it's brilliant and wouldn't be without it. I bought it direct from Nintendo for £35'ish. I wouldn't pay more than that though. It's got an amazing battery life. I replaced the battery it came with after a while but it's been months since I last did it and I use it a lot.

Good news, Blissey is out. Bad news, spoofers are back with lots of top gen 2 evolutions, and kangaskhan

No sign of pikachu yet.

Pokémon go plus is now in stock in Nintendo!

I did a Lucky Egg mass evolve today and added 3 to the Pokedex; Xatu, Quagsire and Noctowl. Later in the afternoon I caught Skarmory and Girafarig. I'm now up to 165 on the Pokedex. I'm only 7kXP from Level 28. Quite a good day, though still no Partychu. Harumph. To quote William J LePetomaine.

Caught two partychus in a row today. Then hatched a female pichu and evolved her.

tallulah you have a girl partychu, I'm guessing by the tail comments I managed to get a lesser spotted boy partychu. He has a normal tail.

Also got my first specials on 7 day drop, then another the day after. Nothing again until day 7 when I got a drop on my first stop again then another later in the day.

There are 2 of them in the same gym! Where do people get enough candy to power them up that much?

I've just checked and I've caught 15,351 Pokémon and I've only ever seen 6 chancey and only caught 4. --- and they are all rubbish 😂😂😂

I caught a girl partychu today. She is tinier than any on record but I don't care, she is adorable.

I've only ever had two chanceys from eggs. I didn't even see a whiff of a wild one during the Valentine's event. I've had a trawl around town today filling up my bag and just saw one pickachu amongst a load of vermin.

Back in my local gyms The strong gang of locals reclaimed them back last night, and at L5-6, they were quite accessible to get a decent position in at long last.

I have a question for you experts

I've hatched a Tyrogue and have enough to evolve it but I think it evolves to a Hitmonlee which I've got , does anyone know if it evolves to anything else as it comes up with '?' And don't want to waste it as I've only got one

They evolve to either hitmonlee, hitmonchan or hitmontop. I don't think there's any way of influencing which one it evolves into- it's just luck.

You need to appraise it, and the evolution depends on which stat is highest:
ATTACK STAT = Hitmonlee
STAMINA STAT = Hitmontop
DEFENSE STAT = Hitmonchan
You can't change it but you will at least know what you're getting.
