Will it safe to travel to bacelona this Sunday?

We booked travel to Bacelona this Sunday 10/11.but the flood under red alert.we paid for all flight and accommodation. I have a small child aswell.can anyone give some advice please.thanks

Thar was yesterday. Its fine now. Flights are running normally too

That alert is from yesterday. It has been lifted across Spain. The airports always flood and ceilings leak when it rains - it’s nothing new or newsworthy, but after the floods last week, foreign news like to dramatise these things.

Barcelona (and Valencia) will be as safe as ever this coming weekend. There’s rain predicted, but nothing that would have your insurance reimburse you for choosing not to travel. Pack a raincoat, and enjoy your trip.

That has been lifted, it is not in operation today.
