Pre planned workouts app / online trainer / only program

Is there an app or program or online trainer that anyone has used that will plan my work outs for me? E.g. mix of exercises to hit all muscle groups in the week and reps/set/weight.

Daily 45 mins or something like 3 times a week 60 mins.

I've not used it but I've heard good things about stronger by the day by Meg squats.

My friend (IG link) swears by Harriet Harper Fitness, I think it's about £30/month.

I'm using Megsquats. In the app you can pick whether you want to do 3, 4 or 5 days in a week, and you can shorten each day from regular to express (which would fit around 45mins, it's basically the same workout with fewer sets or accessories)
Not sure how much the monthly amount is, think I paid £60 for a year on black Friday. Think it's usually around £10-£12 a month.
When you start using it you can put in what your usual numbers are (if you know) for the major lifts and then it will calculate what weight and reps to use next time. Or if you don't have any info you just start using light weights and it will start to recommend changes once you've added enough data.

One of the plus points for me, given it's a programme and not a PT who I can discuss things with, is that if you don't want to do an exercise in the programme, eg if you don't have access to the right equipment or have an injury to work around, is that it will give you a list of similar exercises that you can substitute it for.

The Jillian Michaels app. It has most of her dvd workouts and new online programmes. Plus build your own so you can focus on what you want to work on. Different levels of fitness and you can swap out moves you can't do. But whatever you decide consistency is key and don't push too hard. Good luck

@Watchkeys do you have a screenshot/ description of what the app does please?

@Proteinpud and @RayKray are you able to show me what the app looks like to use please?

If you want to see what app features there are it's probably easiest to look on YouTube, search for the app + review or walkthrough and you'll find videos taking you through the different sections of the app.
SBTD app is basically a resource section, with guides to exercises and nutrition, and then the workout side. The weeks exercises are loaded on Monday morning, you can see what the exercises will be at a glance, and when you opt to start the workout it will have the exercise with your recommended reps and weight and you pretty much tick it off as you go through. If you manage to do more than suggested it recommends you using a heavier weight next time, if you do less it drops it, etc.
