My HOD is micromanaging me, checking up on me, moan that I'm destroying consistency of teaching because I used a slightly different resource with my class, but then after agreeing an approach with a particular lesson, she allowed her class to something different in a lesson to me! She is also a terrible snob, thinks PP students should not have an automatic right to funding to support their studies because most of them are playing the system and don't need the help really. She also insists that I ask students for money towards resources, which I'm not comfortable doing as we should not be charging for education. There is a conflict of interest with her line manager who is also her husband. Work that I was enjoying, after time out of the classroom is now becoming a chore. Oh and also another member of staff is feeding back info about my lessons to her like a spy. Ahhhhhh! Thanks for listening
