I haven't and it's starting to piss me off. Last year we didn't get it til the last day of the summer term. Totally new SLT this year - kind of hoped that might make a difference. Angry

Dh is doing it now

Have patience !!! WinkGrin

PurpleRibbons · 22/06/2016 22:22

Nope. Don't even know which days I'm working to arrange with nursery.

Lizzylou · 22/06/2016 22:25

Have got mine, wow, hadn't appreciated the amount of PPAs I got this year as an NQT! Reality bites.

DorothyL · 23/06/2016 22:53

Had mine this week, 18 one hour lessons over five days, which is ok because I get to do four school runs.

MooPointCowsOpinion · 23/06/2016 22:56

My department got there's on Monday. I'm moving on to a new school in Sept and haven't had mine yet. I expect it's done though, and I can't wait to put my label maker to use. Grin

CodewordRochambeau · 23/06/2016 22:56

Not yet. I'm PT and found out my days today, but only because I asked.

We run the new tt for the last two weeks, however, so I know we'll get it soon. Keeps the end of term purposeful because you're establishing yourself with new classes, and provides some protection from nasty surprises on the first INSET day back, as I've had previously.

elephantoverthehill · 23/06/2016 23:03

Hahahaha - you're 'aving a giraffe, just before we go back, or on the first day back is how it has been for the last 18 years at my place. Still one can still hope and actually do some concrete planning over the summer instead of some tentative work.

LuluJakey1 · 23/06/2016 23:06

Don't be silly. There are still 3 weeks to go- DH's school has just started theirs. My old school will be publishing theirs as usual on the last week.

MsMermaid · 23/06/2016 23:18

We get ours just after half term, always. Our timetabler basically works all half term holiday, even though the night, to get it sorted, so we all know asap.

I've known the majority of my classes since September because we tend to keep the same classes from year 8 up to year 11 with only minor changes occasionally. Then I was told which new classes I'll be at Easter.

That is something my school prides itself on, making sure we all have plenty of notice of next year's timetable.

PumpkinPie2013 · 24/06/2016 18:54

Got mine today - I'm actually really pleased with mine (for a change!). I started a new school at Easter so this is the first new timetable I've had there.

I've got all.of my lessons in my own classroom as well which I'm.pleased with because moving rooms really irritates me lol.

I hope everyone still waiting gets theirs soon Grin

LockedOutOfMN · 26/06/2016 13:39

No chance, sadly, not even a draft. Our term ended on Friday (we're abroad). Very annoying, I don't even know for certain which classes i.e. year groups and sets I will have next term.

worstofbothworlds · 26/06/2016 13:51

I'm a university lecturer and I feel your pain.
We have to book nursery for the whole year in May but get our timetable in about August.
I need about 2 early sessions over the whole year (we all teach on loads of different modules) but have had to book two days early for a whole term.
(And this year is better than normal as I have a sabbatical term so any early teaching won't be that term).

GinandJag · 26/06/2016 15:01

I got mine this week from my new school.

Lucycat · 27/06/2016 17:00

No sign yet - I'm 0.5 but would like more... no chance of that though with funding being so tight our class sizes are getting bigger as any 'float' groups get removed and any that can't be timetabled within the department goes out to non-specialists rather than me - and I'm expensive so trying to get a UPS job somewhere else is nigh on impossible.
By the time I have my yr13 and yr11 on there, one yr10 and a yr12 then I might just have room for a yr7... oh joy.

DorothyL · 27/06/2016 22:15

Lucycat, my timetable is nearly like that - I'm quite happy not to have year 9 though!

EvilTwins · 19/07/2016 22:28

We break up Thursday lunchtime. Still no timetable for September!

OP posts:
Haggisfish · 19/07/2016 22:33

Still no here as well! I know which groups and subjects and which day off. Not too bad but would like the tt.

elephantoverthehill · 19/07/2016 22:37

We break up tomorrow, still no timetable. As I said on the thread earlier after 18 years it's not really a surprise.

thatsn0tmyname · 19/07/2016 22:37

We got ours yesterday but a colleague had a heart attack last week so it will probably change.

skatesection · 19/07/2016 22:38

Luxury! My school gives it out the first week back and then revises it a few weeks later (sometimes more) and then we get a whole new one in the new year.
This has happened three years in a row, it's like a tradition or something...

EvilTwins · 19/07/2016 22:38

Don't even know who else is teaching in my dept (I'm HOD) which makes planning pretty difficult.

Glad it's not just me though Grin

DS finished Friday and got his timetable more than a week before that. Sounds like he's fortunate.

LockedOutOfMN · 20/07/2016 11:37

thatsn0tmyname How sad to hear of your colleague's heart attack; I wish them a full and speedy recovery.

I don't have my timetable. We broke up in June and are back next month. I love to plan as much as possible in advance so this is rather frustrating. Also a few new members of staff have been getting in touch and asking where they can find their timetable and I feel so embarrassed having to tell them they don't exist yet.

EvilTwins · 20/07/2016 20:59

Got it today. The "consultant" who wrote it has now gone incommunicado until September. Handy.

Still waiting, I sort of know which KS3 classes I am teaching but still seem to be teaching 2 classes at once on many lessons.
