Do we know for sure that he is accused of/alleged to have committed a crime on US soil?

I thought the Loveless Letter only alleged crimes in the Philippines and there have only been discovery of potentially criminal evidence in storage there and in Mexico.

Assuming no crimes were committed in the US, he won't be tried here for crimes in another country. Now there may be extradition proceedings, but if he is examined and determined to have dementia he won't be extradited.

This whole thing is such a mishmash of letters and differing statements by any number of people that I wonder if it'll ever get straightened out. I certainly wouldn't want to be an investigator or a DA on this case.

I have a smile on my face picturing the local 'grande dame' accepting the challenge as the Dowager Lady Grantham. She'd have MM reduced to a simpering puddle within the first hour.

It would have been hilarious if it was real and it was a clap back against all the comments on her beige wardrobe. MM has no sense of humour though.

I saw this on X the other day and if it’s genuine, provides a real insight into how arrogant M was in her attitude towards British aristocracy and high society. In fact some of what is discussed ie thanking people in a timely manner isn’t just confined to posh people!

Catherine seems to be very protective of her private life and definitely didn't want her business leaked to People magazine or similar when Meghan attempted to bulldoze her way in. Meghan clearly wanted to sell the narrative to the press that they were of equal status and tried to push a relationship just as she did with the A-list invitees to the wedding.

W&C were having none of it. William seems very savvy at avoiding fake people and prefers his tight-knit circle of loyal, trusted friends. There were some articles, back in the day, the Meghan was mega-miffed that Catherine turned down her invitation to the £300,000 baby shower (although most of it was paid by her temporary celeb friends)....even though Catherine was around 32 weeks pregnant.

Meghan was offered Sophie and the Ghanaian equerry to help her - but was insulted by these offers.
