maintains that when you get to 65, 75, 85, you really feel a difference in your health and fitness and I have to agree even though at 68 I’m still very fit and healthy. I definitely have aged though this last couple of years and perhaps at 77 the same thing has happened to the King. I even noticed it in my precious step dad - he’s 76 now and in the last 8 months alone he’s aged quite suddenly despite walking miles every day with the dog. I got quite the shock over the summer as when he left here last November he didn’t look his age. As a family we’ve now decided someone will be in the UK even for a few days every couple of months now.

I was exceptional at sport during my school years. I was extremely competitive as a child, kids that are good at sport naturally gravitate to it. Some twat messing around isn't going to encourage anyone to do cross country in winter! The opportunities for sport are not available now. Many kids compete academically, musically, art, theatre, this also requires resilience and determination. Let's face it h is no advert for education, health, sport or resilience. What a wanker.
