Yes! How fortuitous.

It’s been so bad….I think Liam either hates them or is a double agent….because this is just pure PR chaos. From week to week, they end up looking worse. Just when you think it can’t get worse…it does.

I don’t think he will be with them next year.

Chris Ship ( I know, I know!)

says that the meeting is supposedly happening at Highgrove. Harry travelling from Birmingham with Meg and the kids flying in.

Meg will probably try and sneak some As ever jam in the Gift shop on the way out ( that’s me, not Chris Ship, but probably just as reliable info!)

I’m also very amused by the Sussexes’ online supporters casting the Spencers as the lovely harmonious family that provide Harry and Meghan with the love and familial affection that they are sadly lacking from Harry’s close family. The Spencers? The four-times married Earl who is not on speaking terms with several of his seven children and didn’t attend their weddings? The aunts who are also close to William (Lady Sarah McCorquodale has supported William at engagements in Lincolnshire)? Any port in a storm, I guess…

I agree. We hear so much about the royals being 'dysfunctional' (whatever that means) but the Spencers make the Windsors look like a happy family from a breakfast cereal advert.

Also, I'm not aware that Harry and William were ever very close to their Spencer cousins or uncle, who were mostly living in South Africa when they were growing up.

If this is true, or even if it isn't, it's disgraceful that this information is being shared.

If it happens it is, or should be, a private family visit. There's no reason in the world why the public should know about it.

This meeting will backfire hugely on the RF. look at the shitshow this week. Apparently PH wanted accommodation in BP for Tuesday night only. This was where he wanted to be and after the judgement

Why will it backfire? And “one night only” is surely irrelevant and makes no difference to whatever reasons were given for BP’s refusal. As we’ve discussed here already, the optics of Harry potentially giving a speech from there post-judgement could not be allowed to happen.

So why didn't he let them know on time? How come he can't respond to invitations?

I'd be very surprised if any meeting was at Highgrove. Just because Harry was in Birmingham yesterday, does he have more to do in Birmingham today? Did he stay in or near Birmingham overnight? Unlikely I would have thought.
By the way I have solved the mystery of the closed road around Highgrove last week. The road past Highgrove to Tetbury was closed for two weeks in March and a new pavement created so that people can walk from Tetbury to Highgrove. DH thinks the King demanded this but I think it is more likely the local council marked it down as green credentials to encourage tourists staying in Tetbury, or perhaps local workers to use walking access. No one does of course. Anyway, whichever contractors did it finished off the curb with bricks laid in a shockingly higgledy piggledy way. Even I who has never laid a brick in her life could have done better. In no time they started working loose and falling out. So after the brief overnight closure the worst parts of the brick work has been redone. It's still rubbish. Can't imagine who, at the council, would have signed it off.

I rather hope the circus will turn up at Highgrove as Harry can show his children his tiny bedroom and where he was given the fewest sausages! Then he can bitch and moan how the rent from his old family home is given to his evil big brother William. It’s so unfair!

Chris Ship needs a gagging order, frankly. The crap that comes out of his mouth is unreal.
