You'll never see UK media reporting on it, they're banned from saying most things about the Royal family.
If you search "queen bone cancer" you'll see the results from the New York Post, Politico.eu, The Economic Times, CNN, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, CBS News etc.
Unless you can point to a story published internationally definitively stating the Queen’s health condition, rather than speculating about it, then you’ve misunderstood the position.
UK papers aren’t “banned” from publishing things about the Royal Family. They are however bound by press publishing guidelines which mean they don’t publish speculation that cannot be proved, particularly when it relates to sensitive matters, like health (which is “special category personal data” under the GDPR laws for you, me, and everyone including members of the Royal Family).
Overseas publications aren’t bound by UK laws on this, obviously, and also probably more willing to take risks about what they’ll publish on the basis that it’s less likely they’ll be sued when they are not based in the UK. Less likely doesn’t mean never though - William and Kate successfully sued a French magazine for breach of privacy for publishing topless photos of Kate for example.
