Is he Pud because he is a puddycat or because he is cuddly?

He was Pudding because he looked a bit like a plum pudding, he was a dark-coloured tabby and had no real neck (did think of calling him Clive after Clive Anderson), with a bit of a speckled belly; plus he was plump (when in his prime, before his final illness) so when he sat down with his tail wrapped round his paws, he looked like a Christmas pud. Yes he was very cuddly, very silky fur on his back and very soft fluffy fur on his chest. Thanks for asking!😸

We've got a hospital appt on Tuesday, 100 miles away.

We're going to keep each cat in a different room, behind a closed door, with a litter tray, food and water.

We're not confident that they'll "behave" in the six hours we'll be gone.

And Linney nearly got into Gizmo's bed earlier on today. He was nosing round it, and sniffing it.

Gizmo is quite a bit smaller than Linney. I sold the igloo which we'd bought for Linney, as we'd found it a bit too small for him. If I'd known Gizmo was coming, I'd have kept it.

Gizmo upended his litter tray again this morning. The mess was indescribable. It took us ages to clear it all up and scrub the carpet.

I've never had a cat do that before.
