Boy kitten (7.5 months) has a real thing for pencils, he steals them and runs off with them, and spends ages rolling and flicking them about, it is his greatest joy.

Girl kitten (5 months) likes DD's troll toys, she nabs them by the hair and runs off with them, she also has a thing for the puppies from older DD's puppy suprise toy, she steals them and runs under my bed with them where no one can reach.

ConstantinopleCat loves my hair when it's wet from the shower. She climbs onto my shoulders and tries to eat my hair, purring madly.

The plastic yellow egg things from inside Kinder eggs, and boxes obviously.

Pipe cleaners are her choice of toy. I half scrunch them then leave them around the house to play with.

cable ties - DH once dropped a bag in the basement and we found them hidden around the house for months afterwards. Mostly under rugs.

DS has a small fluffy toy giraffe called Gerald. Each morning we leave it on his bed. Each evening when we return we find it somewhere in our bedroom. We have never seen either of the cats carrying Gerald but either one of them thinks he’s her kitten or we have a possessed giraffe.

My handbags, especially the straps. I have mostly cross-body bags with long straps. Sodacat 1 chin-glands the bag then rolls in the strap and wraps it around herself. She also likes phone/laptop charger cables.

Both Sodacat 1 and 2 liked dried pasta when they were kittens, especially spaghetti. They would spend ages patting it around the kitchen floor.

Oh and I once left a mint teabag out on a work surface. Never again! The mess!

Pen lids. Not just any pen lids though - the old bic biros! Chewed, caught, chased, thrown in the air, and so on. Moved the fridge once and found dozens underneath.

Earrings. Mine are now stored in a drawer, after they ended up all over the house. Wastepaper baskets - I've basically stopped using them now, as they're always on their sides with contents carried everywhere. The smaller cat has brought in two children's plastic spoons, and the older one goes all pervy over shoes/boots, especially the interiors.

DoubleCat loves wrapping paper - you can't wrap up or unwrap a present if he is anywhere near, because he will creep up with the utmost stealth and then doing a huge, leaping, joyous four-pawed pounce into it.

He also likes joining in with board games - either racing up, rushing across the board and scattering the all playing pieces, and then batting them around for good measure, or pouncing on the dice mid-roll and stealing it. Or if he is feeling particularly lazy, he contributes to the game by just coming and lying down right in the middle of the board.

Always the handle ends of her toys. Not a toy but she loves mayonnaise too, weird.

Felix stole rubber gloves (those used for cleaning) and hid them under his favourite bath mat.

Sev hunts and searches for charger and headphone cables (in drawers, handbags, under pillows etc.), when he catches them he kills them with one swift bite.

A felt snowman from the Christmas tree. He used to steal it every year, furtively, and carry it round in his mouth, wash it lovingly and sleep with it. One day he washed it too lovingly and its head came off revealing a metal spike. We gave him Zippy to console him, but it wasn’t the same and I don’t think he has ever recovered.

Straws.
Used teabags. She stalks them and tears them apart. Messy!

My laptop bag. Wherever we put it, she will obediently climb on it and make herself comfortable. She also really loves the printer. If she hears it starting up she will race from wherever she is to stare intently at it until it finishes.

My old boy used to love £5 notes when he was young and frisky. My housemate would empty his pockets onto the coffee table when he got home from work, and off would go the cat with a fiver in his mouth. Now he's old, it's got to be something really good to get his attention, like a pen with a fluffy top. He still goes nuts for them.

My Charlie loves carrots . Spots them in the grocery bag and flys up onto the counter . Chews his way through the bag and runs off with one , loves rubbing his face all over it and licking and nibbling it . Very strange house cat we have .
