Pregnant queen- am I doing enough?

Hello all- will try and keep it brief!

We recently bought a cat from some (in hindsight) dodgy people online. I’m so glad we managed to get her out of there, because it turns out she’s pregnant. She also had fleas which I have managed to treat (thank god!)

I have made her a couple of nests, but her favourite is in a cupboard which is fine as it’s easily accessed. She dragged my jumper in there so if she chooses to birth there I’m happy to sacrifice it!

Anyway, I’m just wondering. Am I doing enough? We have had feliway going since she got here, I stroke her as much as she feels comfortable, I keep the kids away from her apart from maybe 5 minutes a day so they can have a quick quiet stroke. She sleeps mostly (she’s getting big now so I think birth is imminent).

Is there anything else I can do to make her comfortable? I’m trying not to pester her, and as we are still fairly new to her I’m just concerned of being too fussy too early.

Well done mama!!! Gorgeous. Six is going to keep you busy have you got people that want to home them? They look a good size.

2 will be homed but we’re more than happy to hold onto the other 4, if someone we know wants one we will give them away but I’m not going to sell them to strangers yes they’re all a really good size, they’re doing so so well I’m very proud today!

I know you are going to get her neutered asap but be very careful she doesn't get out in the meantime.

She’s an indoor with us so no more going outside for her! She’s only 16 months and the people we got her from said they didn’t let her out so we knew they were dodgy buggers when we starting feeling kicks in her tummy

But yep all will be fixed and everything as soon as vet gives the ok!

Haha yes 5 cats, crazy! If they’re anything like their mam they will be glorious to have around. The more the merrier in this house!

One of the tuxedos has almost identical markings to her- a little mini me for her!

They're absolutely beautiful. Well done to you for how well you've looked after your lovely cat, and well done to her for her lovely babies! You're making me kitten broody. I'm thinking of getting another one... don't suppose you're in the south east? 😄

Good morning everyone, mum is up and about having a stretch this morning so I have a chance to change their bedding, but in the meantime I managed to catch this little snap

Mum is now back in, and you can see one of the baby tuxedos at the front!

Oh squeeeee! How's she doing?

She’s doing really great, eating plenty, she’s really attentive with the babies, I came down last night just to check they were all ok and she was sleeping so I’m glad she got some rest at least!
