Kitten fosterers needed

As I mentioned on Eachandeveryone's thread all cat rescues are desperate for kitten fosterers at the moment. You would need either a spare room, or a kitten pen could be put in any room really as long as there are no escape routes in it. You would then need to spend time playing with and socialising the kittens for a few weeks.

If anyone is in East or North London or Essex and is interested please pm me. Or if you're anywhere else then contact your local rescue.

I caught these three yesterday. They need someone to spend time with them and we have completely run out of fosterers. And there are probably many hundreds more that need to come in.

Ricecake - that would be fine. Although other charities may have different rules. It wouldn't bother us though and really it's quite useful to expose kittens to (sensible and supervised) small children as it gets them used to them.

I will speak to dh as we have a lot going on this month with family illness but if not this kitten season I will definitely offer to do next.

thereinmadness. Not that's not too far. And we've just had another offer from there. We had quite a good homing weekend so a few more existing fosterers have become available again, but we always need more.

Worriedobsessive - yes I know you're still there and thank you so much. I will be in touch very shortly. We are thinking we might try to home the three fluffies in the photo to someone who would like to take on three permanently and could put the work in, that's probably a long shot though.

But in any case there are kittens coming in all the time so these offers are invaluable.
