Oh I love a needy cat Grin

Ollivander84 · 11/04/2017 18:39

I can pop him in the post? Grin
He's now fast asleep under the duvet and kneading his paw around my finger

ElizaDontlittle · 11/04/2017 18:45

The ginger kitten is gorgeous, who could be cross with her for anything!?
And crazycat loves to sit that close - less of a lap cat than a shoulders, neck and chest-cat!! Ollie is taking super good care of you - how long til your surgery?
I've no idea what she's been up to today as I've been at work, which she is very unimpressed about. I've told her there will be no more Applaws wet food if I don't go to work but she's just having a pointed wash in response... Hmm

Ollivander84 · 11/04/2017 18:46

Not a clue Sad still awaiting a phone call depending on cancellations etc someone cancel their surgery please God

Weedsnseeds1 · 11/04/2017 19:04

A ginger ragdoll Grin does she look as if she's going to be fluffy?

LanaorAna1 · 11/04/2017 19:29

Ollivander you are blessed with a kitty of severe sweetness.

Cozie I have only just fed Mr C again. The only concession I made was a special trip to get him a Gourmet Gold. After the claw-in-the-eyeball incident and the blood incident I think it might be an idea to slowly, very slowly, sort some boundaries that will be oh-so gently policed.

What do you think? He really is such a sweet person, it's not right to let the over-enthusiasm in his little furry nature get the upper hand.

cozietoesie · 11/04/2017 19:44

Sounds as if it already has the upper hand? Grin

caoraich · 11/04/2017 19:55

cozietozie Freya has probably noticed but is a big scaredy and when I left for work was glaring at me from a nest she's made in the guest sheets in the linen cupboard... Intrigued to see what has occured on my return home

Ollivander what a lovely fluffball! If he wasn't yours I'd add him to my menagerie too Grin

weeds her dad is ragdoll and mum is random mog so I'm not sure how fluffy she'll be - hopefully VERY! might actually entice me to hoover

LanaorAna1 · 11/04/2017 20:18

C he is being good as gold at the moment! Admittedly he is asleep as I type but he is so friendly and happy and confident, and he purrs with relief and delight every night when we go to bed. What's the odd rogue claw between friends eh, pffff. I just don't want it to get out of hand.

Also I am having an op next month and I want him to be on best behaviour for the fleet of staff I shall be engaging to care for him. :)

caoraich · 11/04/2017 20:19

In other news, I have just been told off by an acquaintance for calling Kitten the same name as her baby. I'm far too polite to point out that the kitten was born first, and in reality she's called her child a cat's name Grin

LanaorAna1 · 11/04/2017 20:22

The baby is deeply honoured, she should count herself lucky.

EachandEveryone · 11/04/2017 20:47

I'm really in the same boat my flat mate wouldn't let me call my girl a certain name as it was her future baby name. Flatmate has moved out and there's potentially a kitten on its way to me and I still really want to use the name but I'm good friends with my ex flatmate I don't kno what to do.

honeypooh2017 · 11/04/2017 20:49

Sitting on top of the other cat as they both want to sit in the same spot! Stubborn sods lol

caoraich · 11/04/2017 20:58

Each I would go for it anyway- names aren't exclusive! Is she pregnant?? Who knows if kitten and baby would even both be girls/boys!

EachandEveryone · 11/04/2017 21:08

No she's not pregnant I was going to say she has the full version of the name but call her Dottie in private

caoraich · 11/04/2017 21:17

Tee hee. That would work. Or say she's called and just never tell her.

Let's face it cats end up with their own weird little names anyway.

Freya and her (now sadly departed Sad ) sister Juno both respond(ed) to "fluff" but not their actual names. Entirely DP and my fault for greeting them with "HEEELLOOOOO little fluffs!!!" every time we came home Grin

EachandEveryone · 11/04/2017 21:29

I think my girl thinks she's called baby she has never responded to her real name

Weedsnseeds1 · 11/04/2017 21:56

I tripped over him as he sneaked up behind me while I was cooking. He's taken it badly and us holed up on the table, shooting me the odd wounded look, then glancing away if I make eye contact. I feel like a murderer Sad

cozietoesie · 11/04/2017 22:47

I always apologise. It seems to work. Smile

MsHooliesCardigan · 12/04/2017 13:02

Dave is sulking. I don't know what I've done wrong.

What's your dcat doing today?
cozietoesie · 12/04/2017 13:22

Ignore him. Wink

YetAnotherSpartacus · 12/04/2017 13:35

Dave manages to look adorable even in a funk :). Those paws! And that "the world is against me" expression.

cozietoesie · 12/04/2017 13:51

He is adorable. Smile

But if you give in to the minor gameplays like that, you're sunk on the big stuff. Wink

Ollivander84 · 12/04/2017 13:55

Trotted off to the retirement block opposite Hmm again
Now complaining singing constantly because his food is "disgusting and you can't expect me to eat THAT human"

cozietoesie · 12/04/2017 14:03

Ah. Cheese?
