Next foster on his way

Having survived two whole days without a cat (so quiet, so tidy) I've just had a text to ask if I can take a 2 year old FIV positive boy. You bet I can!!! I wonder if this will stop being so exciting? I doubt I will have him long, young indoor only cats are like gold dust round here.

Ooh he is very fond of the blanket.....

Pleased to hear the update on the FIV boy too, there's always people after indoor cats.

Final update on my foster and his blanket. He went to his new home today with a lovely new mum. His unfortunate blanket behaviour tailed off once he was feeling more secure. The other black cat who had been too wild to come to me got rehomed a few weeks ago as well so both have fallen on their paws. I don't know why my boy took so long to find a home other than that he was black. It does seem that they get overlooked.

That's great news for both cats. There is a home out there for every cat, it just takes a bit longer for some to find theirs.
