Had my sofa collected this morning to make room for the new one that is arriving Friday. I'm sure I'm going to be murdered in my bed. Hmm

Grin I love the cat in the bread oven. Grin

I am so jealous of the bread oven. Does it work?.

It's the perfect cat hiding place either way.

I lost ours once, searched everywhere & was just about to ring Dh in tears to say the cat was lost presumed dead when I found him asleep in a rolled up duvet.

Did you survive the night, Toddlertea? Grin

She is dead < bell tolls>

May perpetual light shine upon her

I am still alive but have almost died of jealousy at the bread oven! Feline mollified by sitting on the foot bit of my recliner therefore making me have to curl up. And also by a delivery of 12kg of food. Which will get eaten.

The bread oven works but I really need a door made for it ( not something you can just buy at B and Q) as it doesn't hold the heat long enough without one. The photo was not long after my cat arrived and he was still in hiding mode. It wasn't until he opened his eyes that he was discovered, cloak of invisibility up until then!

New sofa has arrived and madam has walked up and down it several times, discovers it's much easier to get onto the windowsill, and has sat next to me purring. I think I might be forgiven. Her sister has totally ignored it!

That would be her new sofa? Grin

Araminta99 · 02/12/2016 20:52

She's giving it a good inspection! I think it passed :P glad to hear you're alive and well.

Toddlerteaplease · 02/12/2016 21:00

Yes. Just hoping she doesn't wee on it overnight as she would do with the old one. Confused hopefully I nipped it in the bud a couple of months ago. She was obviously puzzled by the different feel of it under her paws. It was very cute.

This thread has made me laugh so much! My DD and I have often said it's good thing that cats are so small,as our little madam tries to 'kill' us on a regular basis.
