So excited, our first foster cat will arrive on Friday. He's " a beautiful big boy" who was taken in off the streets on bonfire night by the CPL. He's been in a pen since then but would be better in a family environment. I can't wait. Just 4 sleeps.

He will be ok, if you are normal to him but a bit spoiling as well.

Mr C is FIV and he is fine - their immune system needs boosting so he needs a lot of extra love!!! He might be quite difficult to 'rehome' which is mad because it makes no difference but he will be fine with you.

He was probably terrified you were chucking him back on the street.

I have trouble getting mine in a box, leave the box out though and he gets in.

He's going to be advertised in the local newspaper soon, to try and drum up some interest. He had loads of likes on Facebook but no enquiries. Some good news is that it's quite unusual to have such a young indoor only cat looking for a home (has to be indoor because of the FIV) so that may actually go in his favour. He's over his trip to the vet, he's just left with a general feeling of distrust towards me - he knows I did something to him but I suspect he can't remember what. We finally seem to have solved his worm problem [yuk emoticon missing] , which is good. Gratuitous pictures for his fans attached!

His potential new mum is coming round to meet him on Sunday and if all goes well he'll go home with her to his forever home. He's really come out of his shell now, letting us pick him up, sitting on knees and playing with all sorts of toys. It seems like he has remembered what living with people is all about. It's really satisfying to know we have helped him to a better life.

He's gone, the adopter is a lovely woman, he took to her immediately. They are going to have a great life together.

I will be picking up a pair of 18 month old boys in the next few days! Being rehomed due to allergies.
