Dd found a stray kitten, she doesn't yet know I'm going to pick hers up today at 5pm.

She found the kitten in a box at the bus stop and has watched it for a couple of hours before deciding to take it to the vets. She has got her wormed and flead and bought litter, trays, food and toys. Very proud of dd for being so responsible but do we keep the kitten?would I be unfair not to let her keep this kitten as I've already arranged a surprise kitty for her X

They're both 71/2-8 weeks so still very young but vet said they're perfectly healthy and should be okay

I'm sat in the opticians going 'awwwww' with everyone looking at me. You were clearly supposed to have 2 kittens! I jealous. My 'kittens' aren't even 7 months and are the size of small dogs. (And we won't mention the very large, very dead, very bloody pigeon Murphy tried dragging through the cat flap this week!)

It's so lucky your DD found her, if the wrong sort had got hold of her God only knows what would have become of her.

How do you sleep with kittens! The girls both went to bed at 10 and silhouette is still asleep! My daughter has just come into my room to tell me Missy has woken her up. She's learnt how to jump up onto the bed Shock. Luckily dd's room is cat proof

Sleeping with kittens can be hard. Depends on whether you want to be woken or not... You could try a separate room for them until they grow more.

You're near me re cat killer. Apparently he or they come at night so if I were you if they're not caught soon keep kittens in at night when you come to let them out during day.

Thanks super thank god they're too young to go out now anyways but when the time comes I'll make sure they're in at night x

I think I'll have to keep the in them in the spare room despite Dd and ds wanting them in their rooms. Won't be good on a school night
