The minefield of choosing dog food

I have a happy lovely puppy whos 3 months old. She was being fed raw (natures menus frozen puppy nuggets, when she came to live at mine. Having done research, I’d already decided to switch her to dried because I’m immune compromised and I think it’s an unnecessary risk even with extra hygiene.
Trouble is that everyone has an opinion and now I’m feeling confused and deflated. :( I’ve started introducing a dry food but people said, oh you’ll never potty train her with that and that it’s not the right food. Someone said raw is best but if not, dried raw? It feels like I don’t know what I’m doing now.

We use Arden Grange. Never gave it much thought but friend who is a vet recommended it. The one thing I notice is that in swapping to this he has a shinier coat, to the point ppl always mention it. It's really noticeable how dull it gets on other food and how smelly he gets with others (his body not his poos!)

@PermanentlyDizzy thanks! Will investigate properly in the morning 🙏

@saddowizca not sure how big your dog is, but as a cheat/tip I found with mine I could order the 600g larger packs of butternut box and make it last 2 days.

you only pay a bit more for larger packs rather than twice as much, so it's ended up knocking about £25 a month off the cost of it.

Millie's Wolfheart is a good quality dry and and wet food.
