Have just sent my dog breeder a snotty message on a public fb forum

Years and years ago a respected breeder (cruft winning, professional dog shower type) sold me a psychopath of a dog. I firmly believe she knew the dog had issues (was an o,der dog). As I got in the car she told me to be careful of the dog round my husband as "he'd never met any men". Which I thought was odd. He attacked my husband within five minutes of been home and attacked him every day for two years, as well as biting other people. We spent a fortune on behaviorists.

This woman ignored my emails and phone messages.

Ive just seen her post a message on the breed specific group on fb. Ive posted a very long reply to her telling her she should be ashamed of herself for what she did to us. And made it very clear to anyone else who will read the post that she ignored our emails, etc.

I'm a little bit scared of how she will react!

You can get his dna tested if you like. Online companies will do it. Not sure how much it costs.

I've just taken a look how much. Would love to know but cant justify £40-60 😞 maybe consider for Christmas - if we get a family tree we could frame it! Will save the money for his legs for now

I think you did the right thing, we had to rehome an aggressive puppy earlier this year (after many months working with a behaviourist). The breeders were not interested just said they couldn't understand it as they had no problems with his brother who they kept.
I really hope they don't breed from the dog again (it was their first time) but I suspect they might and don't know any way of preventing it.
