Ddog1 ate both of DS's Easter eggs yesterday, he isn't supposed to go upstairs, but did and into DS's room and ate the eggs, which were within reach. I was at work, only DS in the house, but no-ones fault.

2 Christmas ago, a selection box. Entirely my fault, I hadn't cleared up the living room after present opening and was distracted cooking for a big number of people.

A Macdonald's that had been discarded by some moron at a local park. Ditto a packet of skittles.

Not even a loose poo this morning. No affect at all. Any of it.

Thankfully..........

Has anyone else got a dog like this? He's a Springer btw.

My idiot hounds (25kgs each!) ate half an advent calendar between them just before christmas, no more than about 25g of milk chocolate each. When i got home they were lethargic, unresponsive and whining in pain. Vet trip, injection to make them sick and £200 later they were back to normal... Shock

My sisters whippet ate a whole giant £50 Thorntons easter egg one year and nothing happened but that dog has a cast iron stomach the things it's eaten and passed no problem include a plastic peg, A blade it chewed out of a razor, barbie dolls hand, 1kg tub of butter among other things.
He's a total scavenger that she constantly has to watch but he still manages to find things to eat he shouldn't.
Lucky so far he's not had any problems.
