Are they raising money though? Thought it was about awareness. It smacks of trying to imitate Bob Geldof's "Give us your fucking money" misquote.

hunkermunker - I thought that as well. Because Bob will always be know for his comments he made at live aid, it is like she is wanting to be 'remembered'

I do know there's a much bigger issue than whether or not they swear, just in case anyone's wondering...

BUT I don't think it's necessary to swear (Snoop Dog sang motherfucker, I believe) in a concert like this - it's being broadcast well before the watershed. I sound like a right old prude, I'm not, but I don't think that words like motherfucker should be used at 6pm.

I'm with you hunkermunker. I made a conscious decision not to swear in front of my children and I don't let them watch any TV after the watershed so it really bugs me.
Anyway hasn't anyone told her "It's not big and it's not clever"

Are they going to have to drop some of the line up I make it they are nearly 2 hours over schedule and do they have enough lights for that crowd???
