Only 2 nominations for odious Omar..!! Team Omar Lynx can get in the bin, as can Yasmin quite frankly. I wavered on her for a few weeks but I am no longer buying what she is selling.

I think it's safe to say the gruesome twosome will stay until the end - which I don't mind as I want to see (viewing it as the experiment it is) whether they change tactics, and play nice, as the final nears.

Frankie will almost certainly make the final, and that little flutter of a personality during noms will remain hidden as he will coast until there are so few left. I really dislike him still.

I would never say a young woman deserves her abuser but Rhianna seems to be an active participant in her own situation. Choosing to nominate Catrin because she came into a dysfunctional family that fights one minute and makes up the next and can't cope with it hence the crying (or words to this effect) showed her to be as unpleasant as Rochelle. It was Catrin that was defending her, supporting her and nominated Odious for this reason. Rhianna is being gaslit and manipulated by him but is the type to always shoot the messenger. She isn't a girls girl and I got the measure of her over this.

Sam's outburst was cringeworthy and I shall be instructing my sister to put all 5 votes on him. I also think as the nasties have managed to escape this week, Twix and Catrin need Harry - he might have questionable politics but does seem to rally round anyone who is upset.

Illjusthavethebreadsticks · 21/10/2026 08:36

How Yasmin saved Rochelle after all the horrible things she said to her I don’t know.

I said all along Yasmin seemed to accept them as jokes (though personally I do think Rochelle went way too far with them).

Remember they are in a bubble in there and will be surprised when they come out how certain things have been perceived by others.

I think she views the temus as stronger so she is clinging on.

This is a bit out there, but is Rhiannon cleverer than she appears? She nominated team nice, hoping she eventually ends up being the young, pretty, vulnerable one left within a nest of hateful vipers … so she wins from the public’s sympathy vote?

No she is as dense as she is desperate.

Twiglets1 · 21/10/2026 09:06

dylanke · 21/10/2026 09:01

No she is as dense as she is desperate.

I agree and also think she is just used to following the popular people outside the house so mirrors that behaviour inside the house.

Despite it's the non popular people who actually were kinder to her when she was upset & crying over the Omar situation.

VanillaImpulse · 21/10/2026 09:35

I can’t believe that yet again Frankie has zero votes. Is it because he’s so invisible that he doesn’t even enter their head when they are nominating? At least he still has no chance of winning even if he does coast to the final

TarraDiddles · 21/10/2026 09:40

If it is only the nasties remaining at the end, I will never watch BB again if the only two left are Revolting Roachelle and Phucking Philip. Nor will I ever watch again if either Odious Omar or Lily-livered Lynx win.

It’s actually worrying to think one of that lot will be the winner. Not a single one is deserving of it. I can’t pick one. A week or so ago I was thinking Yas was the best out of a bad lot but she has totally changed my mind on that.

therockingbird · 21/10/2026 09:45

I’m team Harry from now on. There’s not a bad bone in that fellas body. Yeah he’s a bit dim and hovering on the sidelines but he’s nowhere near as toxic as many of the others. Lynx lost all respect not backing Cats concerns (which were very valid) and Sam is busy going back and forth stirring the pot! Yaz.. 😬 you fuck’d it quite frankly. Frankie 🤷🏼‍♀️ going under the radar is bizarre but he’ll never win.

RapunzelHadExtensions · 21/10/2026 09:48

Well I am absolutely FURIOUS.

I actually have no words as to how that shit show of a nomination task makes me feel 😂

There is a literal domestic abuser in there who at this rate will get to the final. Not to mention two vile bullies.

Gone off Yas after last night as well. She's buttering the wrong side of her bread getting in with them.

I'm just hoping the producers realise the fuck up they've made and somehow shoe horn in another killer nomination somehow.

The longer she's in there the more I want Twinks to win. But don't want any of those 4 to go.

Waaahhhhhh why do we do this to ourselves 😩

Twiglets1 · 21/10/2026 09:49

We demand a producer's meeting NOW!!!

They need to undo this shit show pronto.

Signed: Mumsnet x

NervyWegovy · 21/10/2026 10:24

Its annoying because we say we dont like producer interference but with these themed weeks it would be so easy and they arent doing it! I do think team nasty have somehow got a code theres absolutely no way their nominations align so perfectly and never go astray.

Also ive been wondering why is the smoking room behind a door/ limited people and we seemingly get no coverage from there?

NervyWegovy · 21/10/2026 10:29

Saw this on the BBUK subreddit no idea if its true but theyve posted this account before

Our outrage and concern over Odious won't be viewed in the same way by BB producers and ITV. No publicity is bad publicity n all..

They had to chance to remove him after Monday night was aired and use the opportunity to announce that they take the housemates wellbeing as their paramount priority blah blah.. even make a joint statement with WA or add their contact to the BB statement. But no, they have chosen to optimise viewing figures and contention.

I have no doubt they have been in discussions and that a decision has been made to keep him in - choosing controversy over decency IMO

I am now pinning my hopes on a very uncomfortable exit interview, but having seen Will and AJ in action I think we will be denied that too. Imagine if we could replace them with Danny Beard just for Odious's interview.

After giving it a bit of thought instead of working I would like to see Catrin, Twix and Harry in final 3.

JasmineMac · 21/10/2026 11:13

Omar isn't a domestic abuser, it's ridiculous to call him that. Nor has he done anything that merits being removed. What he has shown so far are signs of being an unpleasant young man who has potentially been brought up in a culture/climate/atmosphere where woman respect their man, and do as they're told. His attitude to women is outdated, but lets not pretend outdated attitudes towards women arent still evident in our wonderfully diverse country.

FreeTheOakTree · 21/10/2026 11:48

He exhibits all the behaviours of someone who likes to control, gaslight and manipulate a woman.

Don't appreciate being called ridiculous for saying so. All that does is serve to minimize what we have all watched play out in a reality tv show.

He might well have been brought up in a home where women are treated as second class/subservient to men, but he was also born and raised in the UK, in the 21st century.

I held off on my opinions of Omar throughout these threads as I too had him down as a bit of a lad in need of some education. After Monday night, I can see it is much much more than that.

‘Culture/climate/atmosphere where women respect their man’ - WTF even is that? I respect my ‘man’ because he is a good person. Teaching people that women need to respect a man who is vile to them absolutely IS abusive. I’m sorry that you can’t see what is staring you in the face, I sincerely hope you have a good partner in real life because excusing domestic abuse based on ‘culture’ is terrifying. Omar has manipulated not just Rhianna but it seems the whole bloody house as no one is going to stand up to him. Big Brother and ITV should be utterly ashamed of themselves for not only screening this as entertainment but for not immediately removing him and having support in place for Rhianna. The way he leant over her and quietly told her not to speak about him the other night, in front of others too, was absolutely classic of an abuser.

Have you read the women’s aid statement? I’m so sorry you feel people calling out abuse are being ridiculous but that is a you problem. I’m not trying to be mean to you btw, but you must get yourself into a position where you understand what has happened there. It might just save your life one day.

Gosh, simmer down. I'm neither justifying nor excusing Omar's attitude. I'm acknowledging that there are cultures, worldwide, not just in the UK, where women aren't treated equally. If anything, i'm having a go at the hypocrisy surrounding same. If I was to suggest 'blame' of a culture or belief system for encouraging the oppression of women, mumsnet would probably delete it. Direct your anger hence, not at people who call it.

It’s so stressful! I shouldn’t get so invested in a reality tv show but it’s the INJUSTICE of it all.

’Omar isn’t a domestic abuser, it’s ridiculous to call him that’

That’s what you said.

Omar IS a domestic abuser. It’s that simple. Fuck the reason. He is abusive and he knows it. Let’s not pretend these men don’t know exactly what they are doing.

It’s interesting that you are suggesting my post was written angrily though, do you not think I could only just be posting the fact that he is abusive and culture isn’t an excuse without anger? So we will pick up on MY communication but not that or Omar. Right. Of course we are all ridiculous to suggest domestic abuse when we see domestic abuse.

AhBiscuits · 21/10/2026 12:39

I wouldn't be so quick to assume that Harry is a nice guy. His partner is in Restore and I have no doubt that he's holding in some pretty unpleasant views.

dapsnotplimsolls · 21/10/2026 12:46

I know I'll keep watching but at the moment I don't really want to.

In your opinion, Omar is thus. It's not terminology I, personally, would use in this circumstance.

Omar appears to have a superordinate attitude to women. Rhianna is perfectly capable of telling Omar to fuck off.

Women tell men they consider unsuitable to fuck off all the time, believe it or not.
