James B completely misunderstood Joe then! Joe’s logic was actually pretty sound.

No, I think he was spot on with what Joe actually said, rather than what he meant to say.

After Joe's performance and the recruitment I actually think they should axe Joe. I know he's innocent but they don't and from their perspective it's a risk they can't take.

Joe was saying that if he had been recruited then banished they would have to recruit again and miss a murder. He didn’t say he was recruited or that banishing him would mean another recruitment.

Poor Joe, he dug himself into a hole he can’t get out of.

Joe was saying IF they had recruited me then they would end up having to recruit again because I already have heat on me so why waste the opportunity.

I understood what Joe meant and it was good reasoning but he wasn't clear about what he meant in his wording and James was sharp in spotting it.

I did think it would be more evenly split. I’ll miss Joe.

But he didnt say IF they recruited him. He said 'if you banish me then they'll have to recruit again tonight'. He added the IF bit when James B questioned it.
