Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

Thanks for the new thread!

I did notice that we didn’t see much of the house.
Usually they show the person lurking about as duf duf ending , but only a noise was made.
Penny will cotton on to this affair. She is pretty switched on.

murasaki · 12/10/2026 13:43

Penny already cottoned on to Lauren's extended absence.

However if she says anything to Lauren, she'll retaliate with threatening to out the potential baby daddy Harry.

Penny needs to do the dna test and get it over with.

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 13:46

That’s true with Penny. I had forgotten that Lauren is aware that Harry may be Ethan’s dad. Oscar knows as well of course.

NowNumber5 · 12/10/2026 14:41

I forgot Zack and Nancy had history!

Sick of all these illicit affairs.

Lauren is certainly her father's daughter.

Hate Creepy Craig.

murasaki · 12/10/2026 14:43

Craig trying to sabotage Amy's education really revolted me. I'm still not sure what his end game is re Jack though.

The front doors on EE are generally locked but anyone who has a back door that opens into their kitchen seems to leave it open.

Phil’s back door is literally never locked, people just walk into his kitchen all the time and the same at Ian’s/Kathy’s. It would drive me nuts and make me very nervous but no-one on the square seems to mind unless the person comes in shouting the odds in which case you get the usual disgruntled “‘ ‘ang on a minute, you can’t just come barging in ‘ere…”

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 14:50

I had forgotten about Nancy and Zac too. Only recall him with Whitney ( on and off)
Why didn’t Ned ask Vinny or Suki about the house ? Has it a for sale sign outside ?
We didn’t see it , but he probably saw them go indoors round the back I am guessing.

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 14:52

My late in laws used to go on about ‘ nobody locking the doors ‘ but this was in the 1930s and 40s. By the 70s you never left anything open! People had too much to steal by those days.

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 14:56

I want Amy to be rescued by someone , anyone !
She has ambitions and he is just a nasty horrible creep.
It’s a shame Ned isn’t asking for him to be beaten up.

Southeastdweller · 12/10/2026 15:22

I’ve got a feeling Sean will eventually sort out Craig, but the trouble is that Craig - out of a job and with nothing to lose - now has dirt on Jack.

OP posts:
the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 15:23

Was it because Jack looked up Darnell’s address? Or something else ?

murasaki · 12/10/2026 15:24

Wasn't it to do with not initially reporting the video of them assaulting Joel?

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 15:26

Oh yes, the Joel video. I had forgotten because Joel hasn’t been in it since the summer time and what went on. We haven’t seen much of Jack either lately.

Southeastdweller · 12/10/2026 15:27

Well it wasn’t them was it who assaulted Joel, it was Amy, which Jack covered up.

OP posts:
Southeastdweller · 12/10/2026 15:28

Now I remember they all assaulted him but Amy went back on her own to assault him alone or something?

OP posts:
murasaki · 12/10/2026 15:30

I meant the bit where they filmed him chained to the railings and verbally going at him, and Jack went for the 'invite the parents round' approach. I'd forgotten Jack knew it was Amy who hit him, must have missed that bit

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 15:30

South , thanks ! I had really forgotten that Amy assaulted Joel that time. Craig has leverage then ( don’t they all ? lol)
Probs why Denise storms off NYD , i bet she finds out what Jack did and maybe about Craig too ?

murasaki · 12/10/2026 15:31

It is annoying that a lot of good characters seem to be awol while its 90% the Hawkins and Mark and Lauren.

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 15:33

Yep, Ned getting a lot of air time, now it’s Ryder and they want us to feel sorry for him. They should have made him more acceptable to start with.

Eastie77Returns · 12/10/2026 15:43

Craig was kicked out of the force in disgrace so does he really have leverage over Jack? The fact is he groomed a suspect (Amy) while he was still a serving office so if that comes to light I don’t know how serious any claims against Jack would be taken.

I think Jack and Dee will fall out because he will discover she knew Amy had a boyfriend and she was sleeping with him. Obviously Dee couldn’t have known it was Craig but Jack will 100% blame her.

the80sweregreat · 12/10/2026 15:50

Sounds sound Eastie !..
The force won’t accept the word of an ex officer that was dismissed and Jack told Callum it was over a woman too. Hopefully they would see it as a case sour grapes and not believe him.
Agree also that Jack will blame Dee for not telling him about the boyfriend and sleeping together.
I can hear him shouting at her now ‘ it’s all your fault ‘
Kim mentioned following her , so maybe once she is back from honey moon she’ll find out it’s Craig. Hopefully.

Shellingbynight · 12/10/2026 15:54

They could very easily find out that Jack did an unauthorised search on a police computer for Darnell's address. They would probably do an audit at some point and find out even without Craig's input. And yet somehow Jack is still an officer on NYD!

They both covered up the fact Amy was the one who hammered Joel, and Craig was the serving officer on the case.

murasaki · 12/10/2026 15:59

To be fair, Jack should have been sacked many times over the years so I can't imagine this one will stick.

Unless that's the reason he's hammering the whisky at NY....

Eastie77Returns · 12/10/2026 17:05

Well Jack has broken the law so many times, most recently giving Kat unauthorised information, shooting Zoe, helping The Six cover up Keanu. Not to mention Penny is in a wheelchair because he crossed the wrong gangster in some dodgy dealings. It’s beyond belief he’s still a copper, I cannot recall a single time he has successfully cracked a case or arrested anyone!
