Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

Mark is a nice bit of eye candy , but doing that to Ryder , I’ve gone off him and his black vests now :(
How did Ned have his mobile number ? ..

Plot reasons.

Alucard55 · 17/10/2026 22:07

Agree Lisa she would send a sane man to drink.

Stella was a nut case. Poor Ben , no wonder he ended up in clink ( for years !)

She was. Poor kid. She played the part well.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 17/10/2026 22:12

I wasn’t happy when they killed off Lola.
I always thought they made a mistake killing off Tiffany. Martine McCutcheon too, the others of that era got to come back.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 17/10/2026 22:15

Stella was a Lawyer which was an odd choice of partner for Phil who was knee deep in his Life of Crime Darkside .

Lots of dodgy Lawyers on the Square .......!

Southeastdweller · 17/10/2026 22:17

I never understood why Chris Clenshaw killed off Lola.

Random deaths too, from drowning to murders and road accidents. The place is cursed.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 17/10/2026 22:22

Probably the stars themselves want to leave either with the option of returning or not .
But no one person is bigger than the show so they throw the ultimatum "Yeah you can leave but there's no coming back "

Some do leave/return of course .
But it's almost like they're being punished for wanting to get out .

It seems idyllic...

Work for yourself
Don;t bother even putting in a shift at work
Those businesses run themselves
You don;t need to train either . pick up a spanner , you're a mechanic. Pick up a hairbrush ,you're a City&Guilds hairdresser .
Next to the Tube Station
Pub/Cafe/Shop on your doorstep
Get into the local school or nursery no waiting
You don;t need to worry , there's a Kiddie Kupboard
No cameras or CCTV
No parking problems
Elastic walled houses , invite your family
Just move to another house/flat when it suits
If you fancy a new love interest , they're right there !

But it's a gilded cage , like those poor bunnies in Watershp Down who had everything they needed .....but were being prepared for the cooking pot ...

The kid cupboard is my favourite. I would love to have one.

It is one of the Great Mysteries of The Square isn't it Grin
The parents all out , eating and drinking at all hours . Their children are nowhere .

There's a park and that place that has resturants and bars like metal storage containers , plus the saddest looking swings in the world .

But the children are easily pleased . Mack and Mia were offered "Why don't we go out for ice cream" and ran about with their arms up going "Yayyyyyy!"
Most kids would be "We've got ice cream in the freezer..."

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 04:44

Stella and Phil just so wrong. I am glad she got her just desserts for abusing Ben , but it was all so harrowing..

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 04:49

The younger kids on EE are usually pretty good or never seen. Tiffany was the exception, funny and feisty she wouldn’t be impressed with an ice cream !

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 05:17

Philosopher Phil, has a ring to it !

Eastie77Returns · 18/10/2026 06:30

What happened to Stella? I have a vague memory of her up on a roof and can’t recall if she jumped or Phil pushed her.

Lisa was a complete misery. The storyline when she shot Phil was great though. Shirley shot him as well. Philosophical Phil really hasn’t had much luck with the ladies has he. All roads lead back to Sharon!

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 08:13

Phil and women are a disaster! He seems happier on his own atm.

Shellingbynight · 18/10/2026 08:29

@70isaLimitNotaTarget to offset the idyll, there is an unusually high crime rate and you risk ending up in a shallow grave. But on the plus side, if you’re the criminal there’s no CCTV and the police are dunderheads so you’ll never get caught.😂

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 09:26

The most grown up relationship philosophical Phil has is with Raymond ! He wasn’t great with Ben and Louise , but we do see him with Raymond and he offers to help. The old Phil left them in the cupboards

Shellingbynight · 18/10/2026 10:31

He is good with Raymond - just as well, with Denise away and Jack useless!

He's been good with Linda and Kat recently too.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 18/10/2026 10:49

Archie ( Ronnie and Roxy's dad) only had his two daughters (that we know of )

Roxy had Amy ( soon to be 18 and inherit )
Ronnie had Danielle (deceased), James (deceased ) and Matthew (2015) with Charlie Cotton (no , not Dot's errant husband Grin ) .
So two grandchildren to inherit his empire .

Amy is set to inherit a huge wedge of money !

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 11:04

Lucky Amy eh ! They never mention Charlie do they.

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 11:05

Or indeed Matthew ! ..

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 11:05

Amy can buy a nice place from her step dad maybe or a house. Craig can do one , I hope he doesn’t get his mitts on it !

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 18/10/2026 11:39

Amy might reconnect with Sean and move to wherever he is living now .
He did believe he was her dad until he found out he wasn't .
But even though I'm not a Sean fan , he will size up the situation and might get through to Amy that Craig is a wrong'un.

She looks like someone playing house , coming back to cook him lunch and folding his clothes .

Hopefully Lily will have a word too . Our Lil is looking at further education opportunities . So should Amy .
Amy could do a journalism course anywhere ., if she gets her grades .
If she gets assigned an investigation in eye rolling she'll be sorted Grin

Even Dana escaped the Square to go to Edinburgh , but she wanted to get away from Bobby and her brother (?Aaron)

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 18/10/2026 11:42

Or maybe Sean is back because he knows Amy is due to inherit .
The timinig is suspect .and very convenient !
He could be after her cash ?

I knew there was a reason I didn't like Sean Shock
