Musicality amazing! Fun number. Predictable that he’d do well. Not as ambitious as I thought he would be. I thought they’d be some more stunts. But his footwork and timing is good. Maddie did well.

Guilty pleasure song for me so I’m instantly happy. Much better Jaime. Good use of floor. Again musicality was lovely. Hold and footwork better. Oh that band, loved what singer did at end. That’s why strictly is good when music and dance est una operantes… I missed mistake??

She acted it well. Not fast / frenetic enough for a Charleston. More content needed. She could do the simple things she tried to do but bar was low.

I liked the narrative and acting. I know it’s paso but surely should not be pedestrian? Her posture wasn’t right. Spanish line only partially in place. I needed more dancing and ambition. Great singing but Should have used Joses feliciano’s version (listen to it, it’s beautiful, you’ll know it from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood)

Oh yeah , confident work! If I have to criticise: stompy. But she can move. Her hips. Good rhythm, lots of good musicality in this episode but I think music tonight has lent itself to great dancing.

Ok. I find rumba a drag and an embarrassment at times but there’s good story telling here. But she danced round him a lot. He looked the part but I needed more dancing from him. Human maypole.

She needs to be firmer in hold. Posture especially neck and shoulders. Plenty of moves and technique. It was a bit “little” for a tango? She was a bit girly for a tango But clean tidy work.

I feel he has ability but is just following her. He’s a good partner to show off her talents. He lifted her really well and from a chair. We need more dancing content from him. More action. If they were in a troop / chorus line doing chair work it would be ok but not Latin competitive.
