Interesting what she's saying about watching things back and how different some of the housemates are in the diary room.

Revolting Rochelle is continuing to display her character, and that now cannot be blamed on Joanne. Twinkle is not the only witch in there. Omar was amusing tonight with all his concern about being turned into a frog.

Agree with all of this & PP who said their opinion of Omar changes multiple times during an episode (& I agreed with Omar during this episode!)

That new woman (TwattyTwix) is soooooooooo fucking annoying. No-one cares that you're obsessed with supporting LGBTQX so stop banging on about it. Omar is right, they are all different faiths, skin colours, and religions, and have been rubbing along nicely for the most part, this conversation didn't need to happen.

Have to agree… although I do agree with him and think he’s right about twinky winky, there’s a way to go about it and it’s starting to show as snide and just not very nice

Twinks strikes me as someone who is so obsessed with being seen as progressive, cool, and “right on”, that she makes it her whole personality.

In her first episode, she has declared herself a witch, a Bicon (bi icon?), pansexual, a gay ally, a trans ally, a feminist…I might have missed one or two more. I could forgive this in a 19 year old but come on.

The other newbie, if she plays her cards right, might do well out of this. Simply because everyone else is either boring or awful.

She said something telling like - "You don't want to be a gay ally? That's not a good look" which just says it all, really. It's about looking good, appealing to that brand of online cancellers who lap up ID labelling nonsense (eg Reddit). Shallow as a puddle and sounds predictably middle-class AF.

She tried to put Omar in a box of “anti gay” by suggesting that he didn’t want to be a “gay ally” but his response was great I thought. It’s true that the house is a mix of ethnicities/religions/ sexualities etc. And Omar has been completely accepting of all the differences between housemates so she should stop trying to tell him he needs to be an “ally” of this & that.

Exactly this. Omar was right. That conversation did not need to happen.
