We've nearly filled up thread 3 and don't think there was a thread 4?!

I like Jas but I found logic a tad strange. If Mica and Samraj were a strong couple they wouldn’t be in the bottom, as a couple or individuals. It’s clear that the public don’t rate them, they keep ending up bottom in these things. So the logic that the final will be full of weak couples if they vote them out made no sense because they won’t be anywhere near winning - the public don’t rate them. It meant others had no chance of it either. You’ve screwed all five of them out of an opportunity now, because Mica and Samraj won’t be in the top four.

Gosh what is left to look at . I don’t like Jas and Kav nor Mica and Samraj, Aiden and Priya are in a safe friendship couple who do the worst kisses ever in an attempt to get Priya’s tongue maximum screen time.

Yas and Tommy are lovely but they proper like each other so they can’t carry this.

Julia and Lorenzo are awesome but watching Lorenzo tan for 1.5 weeks is the reverse of watching paint dry.

Ethan for the solo win I guess

Finn will have so much attention from girls when he gets out Ellie will soon be forgotten. For someone who talked a lot of sense and seemed clued up with the girls in there she sure is stupid! Agree Jaz and Yas have their eyes on the prize now Ellie gone. I’m really hoping Lorenzo and Julia win

Samraj lost favour with the public when he said Priya gave him the ick and they have seen through two faced Mica who
appears to be everyone’s friend! Not buying their relationship either it seems very forced

Do you think there are any couples in there who will last past the initial few weeks? I think Yas and Tommy are the only possibility, so for that reason they get my vote.

Fin has probably already cheated on Ellie. Or at least realised how many girls (fools) are now interested in him and that he wants to be free to explore that. He might try to hide it to get some merching deals with Ellie but she will realise his heart isn’t in it.

But Ellie’s persona is that she is someone genuinely in the villa for love, she left when she realised her love was leaving. She wore her heart on her sleeve with the swearing and crying, will get sympathy if Fin does the dirty on her and has 10 days to start merching before the finalists get out.

I think she will be one of this year’s contestants with longevity and predict a make up deal where she advertises tear proof foundation!

Tear proof foundation for sure @Choux she looked like she suffered from vitiligo in that last episode, at least she’d redone it to leave.

@LittleGreenDuck i think Yas & Tommy, I think Kav and Jas will do a few months, I just think lifestyles/friends & family not going to mesh. You never know Julia & Lorenzo may surprise us!

@Empress13 i don’t understand why Samraj gets so much grief for that as I think that Priya has given us all the ick :) I think he’s genuinely into Mica and has been seen the very start, she’s just very avoidant, and she is v young only 21, just looks a lot older.

Interesting that Ellie said at one point that there'd be no point her staying any longer because no chance of anyone else coming in at this late stage.

It rather suggests she'd be amenable if there had been time for someone else to come in.

@FiloPasty I think it looks so bad because after Samraj said the ick thing, he got into bed and started kissing Priya, and also lied to her about what him and Mica were talking about.

Just catching up on last night. I wish someone would say to Mica that she probably wasn't in the bottom six, but that the producers just wanted drama, and it worked! I mean, they never release the vote %, so how can we be sure who was genuinely picked by the public?

Mica can’t wait to leave, she doesn’t like being unpopular in the votes, realises they have no chance of winning and is probably a bit bored in general. It would have been better to let them go. Finley is dreadful though and everyone was trying to tell Ellie that.

So who do we think were most popular? I wonder if we weren’t told because Ellie was most popular girl and they wanted the storyline of her being so genuine she left because Fin did. If she knew she was most popular she might have stayed and coupled up in a friendship couple with Ethan to try and get the 50k which is not exactly what Love Island wants in a winning couple.

I was also surprised Ethan was not in the bottom 3. I have no idea how many people vote but perhaps there was a social media campaign to keep him in and he was top boy after being so mature around Priya’s situation. The producers might not have wanted to reveal Ethan had beaten Lorenzo.

I think it’s Lorenzo and Julia’s to lose but Julia is a bit of a loose cannon at times and could sabotage them.

Most popular definitely Yas and that Aidan look alike .. but only by exemptions of everyone else being fake and boring

love Lorenzo… but can’t stand his manipulative other half !

I feel like yaz is a non entity at the moment not much screen time.

But it was fave boy and fave girl so I highly doubt it was a couple. Id say Ellie and Lorenzo. In previous series they didnt always reveal who the faves were, I feel like they've done it more this series already.

Given that Ellie supposedly left days ago there probably quite a bit to go through. It will be the Jaz/Kav love saga, more of mica & Samraj, some dates maybe?

I’m not watching the episodes as I am holiday so keeping up via this thread.

Ellie would do well to get rid of Fin as she would have a decent chance of going on All Stars next year and doing well on it.

Off on holiday today so won’t be able yo watch anymore. Will keep up with everything via this thread and SM. When does it finish?

Just caught with it all .. apart from Lorenzo and Julia I don’t think any of the others have deep feelings for each other . . Other than hoping they look good enough to win the ££
Priya has done herself no favours In there and I was surprised she wasn’t it the bottom line up.
As for Yas , its strange I can’t work out what it is with her I’m bothered about… other than she looks as though she would t be out of place traipsing around the shopping centre with a couple of toddlers. She gives of a vibe of being old before her time.

@TheDutchHouse I'm proper laughing at that, but she does give off mum vibes, she’s pretty level headed and sensible. They’ll probably end up married.

Im not sure how genuine Lorenzo is, as much as I love Julia. Jas loves Kav but it will go v wrong on the outside. Poor Samraj is going to get his heart broken. Simba & Angie will give it a go I think.
