DH is Swedish so we have quite a few Swedish friends and family, but it's a good strategy to make friends in places with tennis tournaments. Currently accepting applications from Gstaad, and wouldn't say no to Indian Wells or Monte Carlo

Don't talk to me about Beckham or anything else football related. DS is stressing because they're supposed to wear England colours to school tomorrow. We're not a football family and he literally doesn't own anything red.

I always hated 'theme' days- it was always something we didn't have.

I think we are supposed to think Beckham's viewing party is a bunch of US randoms eating Walkers and drinking 'soda'. With Thierry Henry (the last bit I could do).

In fact- Beckham will be at the match, probably- Victoria will not eat the carefully curated 'nibbles' whilst watching something else if she's got any sense looking like she wants to be somewhere else.
