I am very disappointed there was no theme tune. I haven’t heard it much this year as most of the time I’ve only been able to turn on once play had started.

Well done Jannik. It was a really good tournament.

Claire was brilliant. I especially enjoyed how she handled John McEnroe for his slightly sexist comment.

I was up early walking the dog. I was still annoyed about the lack of a closing theme tune- so I played it to him at the park. I think he appreciated it.
I'm already worried about whatever the Beeb has planned for 'modernising; Wimbledon for next year (if a theme tune re-mix is on the cards, I will be complaining).

I have a nervous feeling about the whole thing and 'appealing to the youth'- at the Beeb this usually means drafting in Helen Skelton and Radzi .They seem to get brought in on everything else.

Next year marks 150 years of the tournament- there will have to be some kind of celebration- but please, no djs, no singers (still scarred by Freya Ridings, not sure what 'Lost without you' had to do with anything)- NO children singing 'Hey Jude' or 'Imagine'. Maybe a rousing brass band? .
