So the 'Who Killed Theo' saga carries on. I think we should find out who it is soon... Fit Kit and Swain are on the case still. (For what its worth!) 😆

Poor Sam has been sectioned, and is quite unwell, and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Gary and Sarah are in cahoots about something, (related to Theo's death, I think.) Oh, and Maria thinks they're having an affair.

Some random lads are chasing and threatening Brodeh. Who knows why!

Ma Driscoll has been quiet for a while.

Will is still sneakily staying in touch with Megan Trainer!

Alya's cousin Idris (who has never been mentioned before AFAIK) has appeared on the street, and has been seeing Leanne.

Carl, Kevin, and dishy Ronnie have buried the hatchet (for now! Hopefully it lasts!)

And what is Jodie going to do with Carl's gun?!

He wouldn’t be able to re testify as they’ve all
been at home talking about it to the punters, each other and Will over at Tim’s house. It can only be a retrial with a new jury I think.

Which will be held in the Rovers next week

I suppose if there was a fire or flood in court the Rovers could be used as emergency courthouse?

Megan was in the clear, all she had to do was say as little as possible, why all the stuff about suicide?

However it pans out, the trial was a joke. Soaps should never do these type of storylines because they always muck it up.

They always pride themselves on their issues stories but what is the point if they do not get the basics of policing and courts right?

Police and courts and hospitals..
And Roy's grim cafe needs a visit from inspectors. The staff never look clean.

Surely no jury could convict on that evidence?

Will is an unreliable witness

Surely Will would say to someone that Megan threatened him in the precinct? Also, he didn’t mention them talking over the console

How is she allowed to go anywhere near a key witness ? Surely that’s intimidation and she could be in a lot of trouble if he tells the court tho I’m guessing it’s his word against hers. What a bloody farce the whole thing is

She’s in one of those flats above the precinct shops. We saw it when Ma Driscoll “attacked” her

They just plonked this storyline down without us knowing either of the characters, the Megan actress did her best but it was a disaster from the start. And is ending that way too. I can't believe she will get away with it so she'll be convicted, but it has reduced a serious issue to a joke.

I did laugh when top athlete Will came lumbering around the corner with all the grace and speed of Jack Duckworth.

It's one thing to be negative about a character but it would be good if people realised the actor who portrays Will is a teenager and nasty remarks about his persona aren't appropriate.

@thenightsky now Jack was such a good character as was Vera. Corrie needs to get back to that and instead, we have however many murders and coverups. I’m not sure we have a lot of murders in reality on one street like we do in Corrie and Emmerdale. Not sure about EE

So Will was going for a run right past her flat?

Not sure why anyone would go for a run around there let alone him

It was ridiculously contrived

Just one last chance for Megan's panto villain routine

He is not actually that bad but he looks just like an ordinary lad not someone who has dedicated his life to running

Leanne's new fella (forgot his name) sitting up smugly in bed displaying his muscles made me 🙄🥱. He reminded me of Joe in Emmerdale in his tight tee shirts. He looks well shifty and Leanne's headed for heartache. Again 🫤🙄

Leanne’s remark to Sam about ‘ something came up ‘ and Nick snorting ‘ it certainly did ‘ made me giggle.

Is Leanne unlucky in love mostly ?
