Sophie Robinson is out banging the drum in favour of idm. I'm not convinced by her 'it's entertainment' spiel.

She probably gets paid quite well for her usual one off appearance each year so I’d imagine she doesn’t want to lose such an easy gig.

@Seaside3Has it been getting slated on the socials then ? Good to know if the underwhelmed and frustrated vibe of this thread is being echoed more widely.

That's exactly what I thought. Clinging on to an easy job. Fair play, even if not very genuine.

Tep, there a lot of people who just haven't enjoyed this year. Lots of disappointment with the standard of contestants and lots of talk about Michelle's inconsistencies. I suspect there will be a very different format next year.

In the final Lia and Sophie will be transforming holiday cottages on the Longleat estate. I still shudder when I think of how Rita painted the stairway at portmerion in Wotsit Orange - over cheap wood chip paper

I liked Rita a lot which is why her decisions in the final really stumped me. She was a better designer than John and deserved to win right up until the final

I liked Rita too, but that hallway was awful, not only because of the colour but IIRC she also used gloss paint which made it look even worse.

These look like a disaster. I hate all the clashing colours.

I feel as though Sophie is just throwing everything at it and Leah is more restrained.

How does Sophie not realise the "maps' look like patches of black mould?

Unless lia totally fucks something up she will win.
